I work in a call center and use this program
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to use my phone number to take calls. The program uses a handy feature with two tones before a call is connected, so that you have a moment to prepare.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot put conference calls on hold. I have to connect callers to interpreters very often, and end up receiving a large amount of dead air in my calls due to that inability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely, so VCC is the program we use for taking calls. We don't ever get complaints about our operating system and, your interface is smooth and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use! It helps me keep track of my work time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is when it shows the message "Agent Crash."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of problems, it helps me give better customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is effortless to navigate. Whenever I experience an issue, they are happy to help me navigate through the problem and keep me updated throughout the process!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can say I dislike is that sometimes I do experience some slowness, but ultimately I believe this can be blamed on my internet connection. Otherwise, no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can assist consumers in a fast and efficient way by connecting with them through real-life conversations. My performance as an expert has dramatically increased due to the ease of using NICE CXone!
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
This is great for both scheduling and an inter-connected phones system. Smooth and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crashes occasionally and stays down for some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is incredibly easy to contact peers within our organization just by knowing their name.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that this software has ways to document your productivity. This helps out with the company that I work for. They use this to rate our performance

I have no cons with is product everything works good for me

I have no serious issues. I think they are mostly user error

What do you like best about the product?
So far, I love the user experience with how powerful the training is to guide full usability of the platform and quick and courteous support is with issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there I do not have any specific dislikes. The platform and account management with our other business units have been great to make sure there are no dislikes that stay a dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating additional IVR's and lines for each business unit to offer phone support and unified connectivity between LOB's for calls and issues to work cohesively.
Greatest tool for working from home!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how there is no need for a land line connection since nowadays it is rare to find them in homes, making this the perfect tool to perform from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really I can say I do not like about it, only once I had an issue where I was muted, and the app failed to do so, therefore causing me an embarrassing moment with a client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection is excellent!!! It lets you interact with your clients just as or even better than a landline or a cellphone would!! Never had I had such experience in a call center job.

In all my years of working on dialers, I can honestly say that this particular one has made my job so much easier! I have all the necessities I need to conduct a consistent professional call with my clients.

There is nothing about this product that I can say needs improvement. Cxone doesn't disappoint! I am genuinely pleased.

With this particular product, it just makes my calls seem so much easier and more professional. The system navigation is easy, especially with cxone. They really make my calls a lot simpler and easier to handle.

How the customer can place comments and statements on the app and around the world new technologies being invented and nice cx one is one of the best tech there is now in this time and year and millinium

Not all persons can access the site, and they have constant log-in errors occurring when trying to access the site; I would like quicker access if possible at this time, just if your can overview my request.

that it can assist any agent anywhere across the world customer can sen any feedback, it shows how we generally appreciate the customer's point of view and business

Excellent communication tools with end users where we can support them with a phone call or chat with excellent interface and added templates which can be modified.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be imrpoved, and the communication tab should be able to move around should not always be in small vertical size should be adjustable, and correction for chat support can be added

Helped with chat support to end user's and resolved their query easily to improve our brand and helping resolutions.
