Great Support, Fast response, Super Knowlegablde
What do you like best about the product?
24/7 there is always a ready team of support. I have never had a problem they can't handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
They never forget to bill me ( LOL)......
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email migrating from one software to another and Office 365 issues.

Office 365 Migration and Virtual Desktop
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service has been excellent. Cathy and her team made the setup extremley easy for our team. We have been using apps4rent for our virtual desktop as well as hosting our microsft office 365 account. The entire apps4rent team is experienced and was very patient while working with our team. I highly recomend apps4rent for your company. We have been working with apps4rent for 1 year now and look forward to continue working with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has been working great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting our quickbooks desktop file on the virtual desktop to allow our employees to access the same file whether they are in the office or working from home. This makes our process much more efficient.

Kathy and her team and Apps4rent team have been very valuable company to me. I was their customer since 2013 to 2018 and I left and went with microsoft office for 3 years and I return back to them because of their good services. I came to them as their customer in 2021 until now and they have 24/7 tech support and remote assistance and really productive and helpful. I would recommend them 100% for your all IT, support and computer needs ...... 5 stars and +++++
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no any dislikes about Apps4Rent as their tech support team and IT team are always helpful and always there to assist. Their phone call support follow up is the best and amazing.

Cheated my money based on fine print

They are available on AWS marketplace, so easy access

They are completely dishonest people who thrive on giving misinformation and playing in fine print. Very scamming company, stay away from them

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it's remote cloud server stores your data files.
What do you dislike about the product?
downside like everything else. its a monthly subscription, and I feel it is overpriced.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend quick books hosting, easy to use and you can generate reports to help with A/R and A/P.
QuickBooks Hosting: A Great Mobile Solution
What do you like best about the product?
QuickBooks hosting is a great way to keep all of the robust features of your QuickBooks Desktop software, that are not all available on QuickBooks Online, while expanding accessibility beyond a computer desktop and/or server, as long as you have an internet connection. You can access your QuickBooks online through an online portal and on any device - desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, etc. If you want to run your payroll while sipping on Mai Tais on the beach, assuming you have an internet connection, you can!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some QuickBooks hosting services can experience latency and not all solutions are as secure as one would like. Some hosting provider networks are also not as developed as they should be based on the level of network activity (traffic) they experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessibility, cloud data security, and preserving the robustness of QuickBooks Desktop features that are simply not yet offered with the QuickBooks Online suite of products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you carefully research all available hosting providers and dig into the fine print to ensure you get the best solution for your needs.

very responsive business, subscribed one afternoon and was up and running the next morning with my remote desktop with Quickbooks.
Works just like I am on my physical desktop, no delays.

Nothing at this point and time, all has worked as advertised
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to remotely access QuickBooks in a responsive environment for multiple users. We tried to do this through remote desktop in Google but the response time was not good, I do not think that was the fault of Google but of the internet connection.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to be able to access QuickBooks desktop version from anywhere you have an internet connection then this is the way to go. We did not like the functionality of QuickBooks Online version and wanted to stay with the desktop version so remote desktop hosting was the best way for us.
