Powerful CMS Tool.
What do you like best about the product?
This is very user-friendly tool, easy to create templates using Block Library and the pages or stories can be associated language wise or market mise. There is more flexible option to clone the content between various markets with same language speaking counties like AU NZ GB etc. We use the tool more frequently and we have more than 25 spaces created project wise.
The Data source option with language specific works well for us to use them as labels for different markets. We can use them as an API as well. The Tasks option is one of the best option where we can use it to trigger the builds using the API and we are also using the webhook option that provided per space which will help us to build our project based on publishing the story.
A user friendly and flexible option is, we can copy the templates from one space to other. I loved the tool as a developer and storyblok admin user. We also have control over granting the access between users Field Wise which is very great functionality and that’s very much useful for our organisation.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Customer support with chat is not that responsive as I have noticed, because I rarely get the reply from them which is little sad new.
However, I found a link (mentioned below) which helped me a lot, the issue is resolved within 48 hours after creating a ticket here. By which we were Happy.

Feedback - We appreciate if you can respond well over the chat.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using sitecore earlier and migrated to Storyblok mostly for the cost effective with similar or more features.

A good CMS that can be used intuitively
What do you like best about the product?
As a Localization Manager, I appreciate how easily we can categorize all sites and assets based on the language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are "weird" markdown issues.

Localizing our website
Storyblok makes me feel like a hero!
What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, I often have to say "no" to a lot of requests due to technical constraints in the tools I am using to build things. With Storyblok I almost never find myself saying "no"!
Specifically, I greatly appreciate that locales are free and have flexibility in how the content is merged together.
The ability to add custom widgets to the editor via Field Plugins is a game changer! I've used it to implement advanced styling features for grid layouts and button colors.
Lastly I appreciate the completeness of the APIs. We have actually been able to migrate 90% of our existing website from our old CMS into Storyblok solely via script using the APIs.

What do you dislike about the product?
All the dates and times are in UTC. That is literally the only thing I can think of that I dislike. It's annoying because UTC is not something even technical folks like myself are used to thinking in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sell products in North America and Europe and Storyblok lets us create a localization strategy that can scale as we grow. Most other content management systems really limit the number of locales you can have, which is a non-starter if you're going to sell in Europe.
Great CMS with great support
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok is very easy to use from an editor point of view, but also when implementing it.
I use Storyblok every day to power my business. The management API makes it also very easy to integrate Storyblok into other services.
Finally, the support is also very good, responsive and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides. For my personal workflow, there are few things in the UI that could be optimized for efficency, but that's critique on a very high level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Storyblok as a type of database for running my job board.
Thanks for making CMS development easier :-)
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to many long-established CMS's the development process and configuration is crazy fast.
Especially creating components and their correponding editor views is really fluent.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its very important to plan how to structure the content and components in storybook. Otherwise it can get really complex and complicated to do maintenance and also to edit content.
But to be fair, that's the case for any CMS I guess ;-)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it quick and easy to create and maintain components.
Storyblok is the perfect entry and master class for headless CMS at the same time.
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok gives very intuitive Getting Started advise. Every profession working with it reports a good experience. The implementation is easily done aswell, since the SDK is very sophisticated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The block library is lacking a visual representation of the content model. I have a visual documentation in a white board application at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexibility in size of content, team, needs, budget.
Easy to use and navigate!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Storyblok almost every day, it's really great!
You can preview in real time, the creation of everything feels a lot faster with the layout, and easily integrate and implement a lot of things across multiple projects!

What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more flexibility in changing blocks, and more options for image display widths
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constructing our website, it helps me easily list products and artists, and have them all interconnected across lots of pages
Storyblok is an easy and fun tool, even for beginners.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm still quite new to the world of Marketing and CMS, so I like about Storyblok that it has very easy and accessible tools. You can learn it really fast without any previous knowledge on CMS tools. Additionally, the tours on the new features and updates are very nice. I use it on a daily basis and still learn new things on a frequent basis, which is exciting. For our new website, it is also easy to implement new features and visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the descriptions for features and blogs are not really optimised as you have to click yourself through the options to find the right one for you. This may be a subject to a new member who has not worked with CMS yet. but it is a point for optimisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok perfectly combines our website and our customer account tools which is great to have these two major tools on one page.
Content management made breezy
What do you like best about the product?
Slick, fast and easy to use user interface. Reliability, availability and absence of worry about infrastructure. Pretty good documentation. Easy creation of blocks, management of assets and simple publication workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Astro is documented in the form of a blog post series, but not quite at the high level of quality that Storyblok's own documentation exposes. I eventually learned everytying I needed to learn, but I think this learning could have happened faster if the integration with Astro would be documented by the Storyblok team themselves, or by an Astro & Storyblok expert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing my content and making it accessible at build time. Also storing and delivering assets (images).
Great CMS
What do you like best about the product?
As a developer i really like the flexibility Storyblok offers in terms on how pages can be build up. And even more so, it allows for seperation of concerns with content management not having to be bothered with markup or any technicalities.
The free tier is great and very generous, and for when you need just a little bit more, the entry tier is very affordable.
I have integrated Storyblok in both NextJS frontends as well as in PHP applications, and both are a breeze to do.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortuanely, it lacks proper backup support in the lower tiers. we have been able to make a custom implementation using the management api's but im not hoping for ever having to restore a large amount of data.
Another point that can be improved is in multi language support, its very hard to see which content has been translated (and more so, which hasnt been translated yet).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows content managers to manage website content without a need for any technical knowledge, but still offers them full flexibility to building pages.
