What do you like best about the product?
I can't describe how excited I am about the service I enjoyed from Khoros. Quality customer service and proper support through out.

Everything is perfect there is nothing to dislike

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic ai response was the most thing i was interested in when i searched for softwares like khoros, im glad khoros offers that at best
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall i like my experience with khoros but i would say if the price got reduced it would be much better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves customer service problem since i have bust schedual, it interact with customers across different channels

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like the most is their 24 x 7 Omni Channel Service
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic taste of AI is included but it needs ti be updated with real time AI. Also it slows down the over all performance of the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me in running multiple social media campaigns at one place and it actually saves a lot of my time as I can seell multiple things at one place

A tool for efficient Customer Support

What do you like best about the product?
Many time in customer service rep receive a task that is not related or the rep is not aware about it. This happens because the the issue is not routed correctly. Khoros uses AI technology to route the issue. It also suggest reps some basic responses. Sometimes it can even handle repitative tasks. Isn't it amazing!!!?
What do you dislike about the product?
Very High Prices,Hard to understand and use. We had to train new people a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using it as a Customer Support Platform, to receive customer queries from all the different sites/channels to 1 single platform to improve our the efficiency of our customer service.
Khoros routes tickets and queries effectivly. It also suggests reps some responses. Also, team collaboration is easy on it.

What do you like best about the product?
The module is capable of generating good insights based on the data given. The diversity of getting more results "solutions" is so good compared to other modules that need plug-ins, structured analytical backgrounds, and a way of reporting. The integrated other tools help to make the good use of algorithm and semantic research, which each one has its own good-sides. My personal judgment that measures the good tool is by the multi uses and modestly modifications to see the needed outcome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface seems too complicated for non-tech savvy people
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving me valid and correct shortcuts.
Saving my energy to deep dive for a pitching method when it comes to hectic rush day.
Tailoring approaches due to customer segments and types that so quickly achieving more revenue during campaigns.
Saving the problem solving times.
Giving combined approaches that needs more than a meeting to collect such a way.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Various stakeholders within the company can be involved through Khoros, its really very helpful platform.
2. Allows you to customise the features to suit your needs with easy-to-use operations.
3. With so many comments that we receive, it's simpler for the team to keep an eye on and engage with the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. We occasionally run across UI bugs.
2. In comparison to other competitors, I sometimes find it a bit expensive.

The interactions and campaigns on our social media handles are easier to monitor and evaluate since we have started using Khoros services.

khoros have revolutionised or customer strategy with its comprehensive suite of tools. We have been able to seamlessly manage our social media, online communities and message channels all in one place analytics provided Have been invaluable in understanding or audience and tailoring or content to their needs
What do you dislike about the product?
while it offers many benefits, some users may find a pricing structure, a bit steep for a smaller business or start up. Additionally, the initial learning curve to fully utilise all features might be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
whether it's managing social media, online committees, and Customer, it can help me optimise my digital strategy, increase efficiency and build stronger relationship with my customer

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like about its integration across various communication channels. Khoros streamlines our customerinteractions and help in management of our social media platforms at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everthing is good but I've facing some issues while I'm using its user interface. Navigating from one feature another sometimes feels hard. A moe simplified user interface would incraese more user engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I liked everything about Khoros' service, But sometimes while we engaging with our customers across multiple platforms, it was becoming difficult to maintain a clear view of their inquiries and preferences. Maybe I'm justing starting and not familiar from this thats why this problem occurs.
