Best choice for our organization growth
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like the effeciency and collection of tools which was perfectly designed for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike only one thing the prices of tool was quite high please try to make affordable plans so that every organization adapt this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By Khoros now we can manage all of our social media handles at one place also manage all of our campaigns through one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used social media management service of khoros being from Marketing background it provides me the feature of scheduling content and monitoring the social media platform which is one of the best features of khoros and apart from that it is very easy to use and it is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As my organization was not so big ,and team has less members so according to me it is liltte bit expensive for a small organization but worth to use the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the team was very small in my company, khoros was able to solve our problem it helps to manage the social media management we can handle social media and manage it using this service. It helps in scheduling content monitoring and other lot of things

What do you like best about the product?
There are many services provided by Khoros but the thing I like the most is that it's allowed us work in a team. From chats to planning to ads campaign, we can manage everything in a team from this single tool. Before it i have to use different applications for different propose and it's quite hard to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I hadn't face any major difficulty but I don't like that we can't delete our messages once it send.

Well before using khoros i have to manage all the request manually.

I’ve tried using Khoros for some time now and I have to admit that I am really impressed. They pay attention to every detail and they are extremely committed to ensuring their customers are satisfied. Whether it’s the quick responses or innovative ideas or the warmth of everyone at work there; Khoros has never failed my expectations. If you want a reliable solution that works then I would advise for you try them out. By the way all my friends and colleagues will be aware about Khoros soon enough because of this!

I do not have any specific specific dislikes regarding photos services as far as I know, it was quite concise and precise

We run a Textile company and started using Khoros to manage our customer queries, our experience has been amazing and we have been able to get a good RoI from the product and have cut down on the expenses of having people to handle customer calls.
