Good Khoros customer support for developers

What do you like best about the product?
We are getting an immediate response from Khoros support. We can easily customize the community using studio and admin tabs with less technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Khoros using old technologies in the community (ex: Angular1.x, JQuery)
Khoros need to improve API response time (ex: we are getting an error if we update multiple metadata)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Khoros simplified the deployment process.

We can easily change community content using custom content without code push.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Khoros using outdated languages (ex: Angular1.x). They need to launch Aurora ASAP. They said they used new technologies in Aurora.

best social media content. Solutions By use case Call deflection, Easy use, quick responses from the support team,

Aurora delays, the admin dashboard is not user-friendly, and Freemarker is dependent.

Low cost and best support

What do you like best about the product?
I like the support and cost of setting up the instances is very low.
What do you dislike about the product?
even though support is good, sometimes we get vague responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for setting up Microsoft communities and it is helping us set up applications faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They use outdated languages like Free marker

What do you like best about the product?
Moderation tools and user authorization is handled in the best way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Bad server-side customization interface,
2. Non-developer-friendly deployment mechanism
3. No client-side customization helper tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Changing configuration on the fly is not easy to implement with security is really difficult to build. Khoros does it very good.

Reporting and API are handled nicely. We create awesome reports using this data!

Support is slow and in most cases, it takes too much time even for simple tasks/questions!

Recently we enabled GroupHubs which gave our Community an awesome new experience!

If there's a large number of conversations (10,000+) it can cause a delay in loading times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Khoros Care is helping us organize and respond to a large amount of messages and enabling us to review how our employees handle them.

Les outils d'administration ne sont pas toujours des plus intuitifs et les paramétrages peuvent s'avérer complexes.
Ceci devrait être résolu avec l'arrivée du projet Aurora
