Key features I appreciate are the Ease of Collaboration, Personalisation,Automation, Content Hub and Rich Media Support.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for updating content, love version history being able to revert back, scheduling is really easy

Snapshotting can be hard when we change the order when we are trade reactive

What do you like best about the product?
Amplience makes being reactive with trade easy, we can make changes efficiently. Also, how quickly you can make changes and how quickly it publishes on site.

Snapshotting can sometimes be confusing!

Fast paced and intuitive platform that is easy to use and meets business requirements

Some functionalities are time consuming (eg manually ranking navigation nodes rather than drag and drop)

What do you like best about the product?
Though we have been using the product for almost a decade we have only recently as a business started to look at the improvements we can make. On this new journey Amplience team has played a crucial role and has been very supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past we stuggled with communication. This has since changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still learning the platform beyond DAM.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a real game changer as a content CMS. It's a much cleaner, more stable platform than we've ever had before.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is really more of a local issue. The version we have doesn't give the best blogging experience but this is more about implementation within our organisation rather than the tool itself.

It's been a journey with implementation and having a dedicated account manager at the start would have allowed us to deliver results quicker.

The content hub's ability to take high quality images and resize them to web ready resolution, putting that into the dynamic content which can be frequently changed and updated to be relevant to our customer

Ability to have a disorganised filing system

Using CMS has changed our ways of working

The fact you can put content in and use high quality imagery without loosing quality. I love our content blocks being able to toggle every little detail

The fact that the app visualiser doesn't work all the time
