What do you like best about the product?
Amplience is a 'set-it-and-forget-it' solution for our teams. The CDN is reliable and delivers consistently high availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
We receive a lot of errors back from the calls to the CDN and it has slowness in it's response times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ecommerce site needs to rely on a large inventory of images.

Intuitive Drag-and-Drop CMS: Fast Multi-Region Management & Stellar Support

    Reviewed on Jun 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Amplience is a easy to use CMS with the drag and drop components a quick and straight forward way to build multiple different page types at speed. We're able to create and manage content for 17 regions at the touch of a button. The team at Amplience are truly the best thing about them though, always on hand to help, fast to respond and give clear visibility of their future roadmap to help us confirm next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
To have more of the AI capabilities out of the box would be a nice to have. Perhaps something that will be added in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being an innovation partner with Amplience has also allowed us to have a direct impact on their roadmap, what we’re looking to do next and then working together to make it happen. The product team are more involved in day-today meetings and QBR’s. It also means we’re one of a few brands working very closely with them on how we can now automate ways of working and create agentic AI workflows for the things like Product Descriptions, Social Captions and translations.

Backend-to-Frontend Consistency Makes Content Updates Easy

    Reviewed on Jun 25, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like the 1-1 match of the CMS backend to the front-end product. Whatever changes I made in the backend matched what I saw in the front-end, which made it easy to create and update content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit too complicated for a general content-/editorial-focused CMS. Too big of a tool to run daily content operations,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI-generated text/content allows me to create content at scale and with speed. This is a daily problem that content teams face.

    Flexible Multichannel Content Management

    Reviewed on Jun 25, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Amplience is how flexible it is for managing and publishing content across different channels. Once the content models are set up properly, it becomes much easier for marketing and content teams to build campaigns, update assets, and localize experiences without depending on developers for every change.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Amplience is that it can feel quite complex at the beginning. The setup and content modeling require a clear technical understanding, and for non-technical users the interface is not always immediately intuitive. Once everything is configured well, it works much better, but the learning curve can be noticeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplience helps solve the challenge of managing content and digital assets across multiple channels and markets in one place. It allows our teams to create, update, reuse, and localize content more efficiently, without relying on developers for every change. This benefits us by making campaigns faster to launch, improving consistency across touchpoints, and giving marketing teams more control over the customer experience.

    Simple and powerful CMS

    Reviewed on Oct 03, 2025
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Amplience is a very user-friendly and flexible platform. The interface is intuitive, which makes managing content straightforward even for non-technical users. Its flexibility allows us to adapt quickly to different content needs and workflows, and it integrates well with our existing systems. Overall, it makes content management more efficient and scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’d like to see improved in Amplience is the inclusion of more AI-driven features in the standard package. While the platform is easy to use and flexible, having built-in AI capabilities would make it even more powerful out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplience is helping us streamline content management by bringing everything into one flexible platform. It solves the problem of managing large volumes of digital assets and content across multiple channels, making it much easier to keep everything consistent and up to date.

Efficient content management with room to grow

    Reviewed on Oct 02, 2025
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It has made content updates faster and easier. The tools are flexible, and we can make changes without needing developers every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling setup could be smarter with a simple route for smaller site updates. A split between simple and advanced scheduling would make managing updates more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s sped up our workflow. We can launch pages & campaigns faster, update content, and spend less time on manual tasks. That means more time for another areas.
