Perfect for quick and interesting insights!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of Maze. If there is anything we want to get answered internally, we turn to Maze to allow our users tell us the answer rather than us just assuming what our users want. The setup is easy and looks great when it goes out to testers. The dashboard is really clear, interesting to look at and also so easy to circulate to others in your team which saves so much resource & time collating data!
Support is great, always come back to you really quickly and I like the way that the maze product roadmap is created by the customers rather than internally through a dashboard.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish you could trial having the full plan so as a business you can see what you are missing when the plan is taken away and you are back to using the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are identifying friction within new proposed journeys on our app to make sure as a team we are not building something that will have a negative on our user's experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend trialling Maze in your product teams to be able to understand what your users in more depth & also be able to have more confidence in what your team is building is the right solution for your user base.
Maze revolutionized our user research

What do you dislike about the product?
- Would be great to have more criteria for user recruitment (especially on the language or the device for the test)
- Lack of feature to help qualification of open questions (fortunately the export helps to process the data efficiently outside Maze if you want to go deeper)
- Nice to have request: video replay of testers' sessions would be a real plus. It's a time-consuming activity if you're replaying everything, but sometimes it would be worth it to illustrate an insight and use it in a presentation.

- We have increased our usability test production tenfold
- We do needs / solutions discovery in a faster and segmented way
- Maze has helped evangelize user research in the company
- We no longer create features based on assumptions, but on confirmations

Great product to increase the frequency of user testing sessions
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth integrations with design products
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading times of Figma files could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More user research made thanks to Maze to improve our new products
Great for mission-based prototype testing
What do you like best about the product?
Love how quick and easy Figma plugs into Maze allowing the step by step paths and analysis, the tool allows us to get. a test live in minutes. I also like that we can use a pay as you go approach to paying for testers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact we cant force testers to use a real mobile device, I also have concerns over the quality of the supplied tester pool as often comments were wildly different to the data output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
highlighting user struggle points, making us more confident in design choices.
Still new to it but works well for our purposes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the tests we're able to put together. I like that it integrates with our prototyping tool Figma. It's also free if you bring your own testers. With their payment model, you only pay if you use their network of testers which really sets them apart from competitors like User Testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really much so far. I'm still pretty new to it and there's definitely a bit of a learning curve but that's to be expected and that's really dictated by how the level of complexity in your testing scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On my UX team, we've used it purely internally within our company at this point to test designs on some internal tools we're working on to see if our users can navigate them successfully and reach their goals.
Remote User Testing Faster and Easier
What do you like best about the product?
The instructions and the prototype from Figma could be presented at the same time for users. It makes the remote user testing run smoothly without switching the screen from a slide to a prototype. As a new user, I only took a couple of days to finalize my user testing protocol. Maze is quite easy to start with, the way of building a user testing is like formulating a questionnaire on Typeform. Customer support always responds fast when I have some questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The newly built block only appears in the last order, I have to drag it all the way to the desired order if I have a lot of blocks. It is quite annoying, but not a big deal. I wish Maze could have the function to change questions or tasks based on the previous responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to prepare/show instructions and prototype individually. Now they are integrated with the Maze. It is also cool that Maze will generate a report after I complete user testing.
aMazing tool for validate your concepts
What do you like best about the product?
We used Maze for testing our concepts and gather some data before the implementation. It has really great user-friendly design, which is really easy to start using it. Step-by-step project creation provide powerful tools not only for usability testing but Card-sorting, NSS surveys, 5sec test, and lot more. So you can use Maze not for only testing prototypes, but gather survey data, or even combine it together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, sometimes there is no ability to use it on the project, because of project limitations, but if you configured everything right it should be fine for small projects, but the huge ones — they are not fit the frames of the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create unmoderated usability testing, A/B tests, and NSS prediction to define better decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really try it out. Give it a chance and Maze will aMaze you :)
Gain valuable and actionable insights to your product in a rapid environment
What do you like best about the product?
Maze has made gaining valuable user insights and research easy, and is now a permanent part of our workflow. Not only has it helped prospective clients see how we use real data to validate our decisions, it has also proved invaluable in getting actionable insights early on, from real users. Insights that have helped shape our products, saving time, effort and the clients money from costly mistakes that may have gone unnoticed until post-launch.
The new discovery features mean we can test an IA, get qualitative and quantitative research, as well as testing our prototypes all in one place!

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike. Great work guys!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Maze on a variety of projects, ranging from small apps, to large global organisation websites. It has proved invaluable in identifying how users engage with our products. We recently used it to validate initial discovery work done around user journeys and improving conversions on a self-service platform. Results from Maze showed that breaking up large forms in to more manageable chunks of information helped reduced the bounce-rate, and improved conversions, with form completion. Previously we would have had to design and build this, before gaining these kinds of valuable insights.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried numerous different testing platforms, but nothing has come close to Maze. I would recommend that anyone wanting to get the most from their products should give it a try, it's so easy to setup a prototype test or survey and to get results in minutes is incredible!
One of the best testing tools in the market.
What do you like best about the product?
Maze is awesome. I gave it a 9 to encourage the team to keep growing and adding cool new features ;) It is a game changer, not only because of its features for multiple types of research and the insights you can obtain from them, but also the cool design and usability towards the tester (which not many tools take into account).
I cannot wait to see for what's to come!
I cannot wait to see for what's to come!
What do you dislike about the product?
I see some oportunities with the way the results are shown in the report, the downloadable CSV for analysis, and adding more logic based questions/filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to test remotely with a live prototype is what makes Maze unique, and certainly covers needs that other tools won't cover. This way, the testing is a little more "life-like", being able to scroll and interact with some screens (and not just pasting an entire screen where you have to zoom in). Besides, being able to add context screens, questions, missions, and many other features makes it super dynamic and fun to solve, and easier setting up the test's storytelling.
User test faster and better!
What do you like best about the product?
Maze greatly helped our user tests, improving time, quality and an incredible report to share with our team. Maze's interface has many features to customize the tests, a complete and easy report, the opportunity to share and define tests with the whole team and resources to apply the test online. I see Maze as one of the most important work tools in our routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see some possibilities to improve more test and questionary options to compose the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Maze, doing a feature test was very difficult, because we need to find and call our users to the office or go somewhere to test, and our team's routine is very dynamic. With Maze, we do online tests every week with our users using Hotjar on our website, and this has helped to get more efficient information about our product and to get ideas for improvement too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an amazing product to improve the user experience and user interface test routine!
