What do you like best about the product?
The framework helps you in defining the policies & evidence needs along with Integration to 3rd party software to complete the certification

More usable UI / UX along with Reports on the status to be sent out to leadership team

Best solution for compliance needs- even for a startup!
What do you like best about the product?
We are an early stage startup focused on data security. The tool is very easy to use and enables frictionless compliance with minimal overheads- whether it is soc2, gdpr or anything else. On top of it, Akitra professional services and support team ensures that all your questions are answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really loved the product. However sometimes it is a bit overwhelming to deal with so many controls, policies and evidences. If they include a workflow to complete the compliance needs, it will be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Akitra has helped us achieve compliance- SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA in record breaking less time and at a reasonable proce point. They understand you as a customer and ensure you get the right attention even as a startup.

What do you like best about the product?
The Akitra Andromeda Compliance system removes the complexities around an organization becoming certified.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Akitra team immediately resolved any concerns with the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Akitra Andromeda Compliance system removes the resource constraints for organizations. It benefits my organization since we can achieve certification and remove the burden of requiring additional resources for such an undertaking.
Akitra helped us to get SOC-2 compliance within couple months
What do you like best about the product?
When I was introduced to Akitra and saw the end-to-end integration and personal guidance on how to get compliance for us, it was a no-brainer to choose Akitra’s Andromeda platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Just a feature request: while the product integrates with different sources for compliance, it would be great if the product alerts on processes when we go out of compliance before an official auditor review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC-2 compliance gives confidence to the customer that we are taking data and security seriously. It is more important for early stage startups to differentiate among other vendors that we are building the company in the right direction of standards. Given the stage of our company, it increases our exposure to more industries and use-cases that customers were previously skeptical about.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and compose with which they approach work and assist you, in challenge to ready oneself for an audit becomes a walk in the park. With Andromeda’s interactive UX and birds eye view, it is simply impossible to miss an issue. Hence, when our contract came to an end, it was simply a no brainer to continue our relationship and looking at other players in the market felt unnatural

Akitra made getting SOC-2 certified a hassle free and seamless experience !
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides a comprehensive and interactive user experience. The team at Akitra adds to the abilities of Andromeda by being ever present and guiding you through the process, even during odd hours. They are the perfect solution for companies with little experience in information security compliance looking to get one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification system could be improved. Integration with a chat or ticketing system to notify users about compliance issues can speed up the overall remediation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a biotech startup focusing on life sciences research and development (R&D) through our machine learning (ML) platform, Polly. This makes data security imperative for us. SOC 2 was a significant step for us to build a robust cyber security framework. Akitra's solution helped us by getting ready for the audit in minimal time and in the most effective way possible.
Great was to get ISO27001 using a well established framework
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Akitra is that it is all documented in a platform and it is very much like following the bouncing ball. Most businesses do the set up only once and there is so much information out there, it is good to have a framework to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have fund nothing I disliked about Akitra. The communication is open and easy. We have access to the best tools like Slack to communicate and a platform to let us see progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to achieve ISO 27001 for our Recruitment Website platform, called Shazamme, so that we can go after bigger clients that like to hear that you have ISO27001 in place. It makes our clients a lot more comfortable.
