What do you like best about the product?

My day-to-day work has been smoother, and I feel more confident when working with business data. The overall UI/UX starts to feel familiar after I’ve spent a bit of time with it. I especially like that I can move between information and workflow-related tasks without feeling like I’m switching to a completely separate environment or having to relearn how everything works.

What do you dislike about the product?

As per my experience, it provides good flexibility, visibility, and a good pricing structure for sure, too. I have not faced any significant issue that affects my regular work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem it helps me solve is fragmented data. When information is spread across different applications, even a simple task can require several searches and manual checks. Workflow Data Fabric helps create a connected data layer, making relevant information easier to access. This has reduced duplicate effort and significantly improved our return on investment.

What do you like best about the product?

I love to run heavy analytical queries without slowing down my operational databases or interrupting everyday work. The platform also uses AI intelligence to recognize source schema changes automatically. Its overall performance has been consistently reliable.

What do you dislike about the product?

One drawback is that troubleshooting can get challenging when using attribute-based access control across multiple data sources. Although the feature is valuable for security, tracking down permission-related issues can sometimes take longer than I expect.

ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric’s onboarding resources and responsive support team made it much easier to get everything configured correctly.

What do you like best about the product?

Bypassing traditional physical data movement through zero-copy virtualization is one of my favorite capabilities. It allows me to query live data directly from SQL databases, cloud storage, and streaming applications without having to build separate pipelines for each source. The range of integrations also makes it feel surprisingly easy to connect across different environments.

What do you dislike about the product?

‎Because it consistently delivers high speed, precise data lineage, and effortless querying, there are simply no functional drawbacks to criticize.

It has removed a lot of operational friction, giving me more time to focus on strategic analysis rather than routine infrastructure maintenance. By separating processing clusters from storage, I can run demanding workloads side by side without impacting production systems. Pricing feels reasonable to me, since the efficiency gains have translated into a strong ROI.

While the platform relies heavily on a complex architecture, there’s genuinely nothing I dislike about its pricing structure in particular.

Setting up intricate, multi-source conditions demands precise knowledge of the required syntax, and even small nesting mistakes can quickly derail an entire automated data flow during testing.

It completely removes the heavy burden and storage costs of data replication. Being able to pull up-to-date information instantly into active workflows, without worrying about stale database copies or complex ETL maintenance, keeps everything running smoothly and saves an incredible amount of backend troubleshooting time.

I really like how smoothly the platform handles data integration. It lets me pull operational metrics and workflows from multiple distinct sources into one unified view with minimal effort, and the performance stays consistently reliable.

What do you dislike about the product?

One aspect I find a bit frustrating is the query builder’s complex interface when it comes to defining advanced cross-system filters.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of forcing us to build messy, traditional data pipelines that constantly duplicate massive volumes of information across different platforms, this platform lets me securely connect directly to live external data sources where they already exist. We were always looking forward to having a clean UI/UX, and now we have it. The responsive support team has also been genuinely helpful whenever we needed guidance.

What do you like best about the product?

It has greatly simplified access to consistent data across multiple processes. The reporting is very reliable because linked data is easy to verify on a daily basis. I don’t have to spend much time investigating conflicting reports, since this platform has improved the data process in more advanced ways. It has also made integration planning more time-saving across several business areas.

What do you dislike about the product?

The initial data mapping needs more attention before we can reach fully operational reporting. Aside from that, the platform is supporting us well and helping us improve our overall data process.

It has made leadership meetings more productive because of the refined operational information. Budgeting activities are more collaborative with this platform, and the accessible operational data make the financial planning more efficient in a reliable way.

It starts with the confidence that the data is accurate. From there, the integrations take away the usual question of where the information is coming from. Over time, the UI becomes familiar enough that it fades into muscle memory. Workflow Data Fabric helped us trust our decisions without constantly second-guessing the data behind them.

Nothing extraordinary to mention. The platform is doing well with its integrations, consistent performance, and organized data.

One obstacle was duplicated information, which was resolved by the unified records that replaced all parallel copies. Another one was that reports depended on manual preparation and this got resolved by connected workflows that literally improved reporting. We do not need to verify data or its sources anymore.

What do you like best about the product?

Performance stays relatively stable even with large datasets, which has made day-to-day use more reliable. We’re seeing fewer duplicates to deal with, and the automation has reduced the amount of manual syncing we used to do. I also love how the customizations fit our system instead of forcing us to change our workflow. Overall, it’s helped remove unnecessary silos and made things feel more connected.

What do you dislike about the product?

It bothers me how the UI hides advanced features. There are also edge cases that require manual validation, which slows things down. On top of that, not every source connects equally well, so the experience can feel inconsistent depending on what you’re trying to link.

Data no more lives in disconnected systems.
Routine data matching has been lowered by AI.
All of us have started to use the same data.
Better performance has ultimately improved daily operations.
The ROI has finally become noticeable with less resistance.

What do you like best about the product?

Throughout the day, the AI feature surfaces a few anomalies before they become big issues. We stay updated with current reports as workflows work continuously in the background without slowing down the performance as a whole. I leave the office in peace knowing that data will stay in sync by tomorrow morning.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t think of any negative impact that this platform may have caused. Only that it has benefited us in many ways.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since adopting this incredible platform, we’ve been able to raise and resolve a lot of issues. Unverified data is no longer part of the equation because reports are now released with real-time information and supported by constant monitoring.
