What do you like best about the product?
What I myself like most about ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric is how it unifies data across systems and makes it usable inside workflows without heavy integration work. The strongest points usually include: Unified Data Layer, Real-Time Data Access and Low-Code Integration
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric solves several common enterprise data and workflow challenges by making data from multiple systems accessible, unified, and usable within workflows on the ServiceNow platform. What do you like best about the product?
I like how ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric is scalable and easy to add and set up. It's self-explanatory and easily actionable, which means it doesn't require much process for setup. I also appreciate that it's integrated with other applications or services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the features work well for me, but I think it could be improved by making it more attractive with more options and making it more embedded into other systems. I'd like more alternatives and options for areas and things it could do, and for it to be more scalable to any sectors or domains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric to align workflows for request approvals, making it scalable and easy. It ensures proper approval timing, prompts stakeholders for actionable returns, and provides adequate reporting to track important workflows for request completion.

I like the ability to reference both static and dynamic data. I can connect to data lakes as well as traditional data sources in one platform.

Still in its early stages and the integration platform could be more intuitive. It still relies on a technical person to set this up.

With all the data presented in one unified view, stakeholders are able to make decisions more quickly and with greater confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process is quite complex, and there is a steep learning curve. It often requires considerable time and expertise to accurately model data sources, define relationships, and establish governance rules.

Unified data layer/virtualisation: WDF enables access to structured, unstructured, semi-structured, even streaming data from across the enterprise (inside & outside the platform) without having to copy it.
