What do you like best about the product?
I find data fetching from third-party tools effectively handles the tasks for displaying data in catalog items. Also, the initial setup of ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric was simple, not tough. So far, all functionalities are working fine for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data display is slow in the forms while integrating third-party tools. The step-by-step documentation is not clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric for fetching data from third-party tools, though data display can be slow during integrations. Overall, it's working fine.

I use ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric to help analyze and create new request forms and flows in our space. It provides visibility when creating workflows and figuring out how to better service our stakeholders. I also find it useful for updating or changing workflows based on data we've received and feedback. I like the notifications and alert management features, as they allow us to best place notifications and create workflows that trigger at the right time for the right people. Plus, the initial setup was pretty seamless, which I appreciated.

The learning curve at first was a bit for me personally but once I began using it, it was easy.

I like its ease of use and high customization capabilities. It allows for customization of steps, like skipping approval for requests from integration. The setup was mostly out-of-the-box, with a few customization requests, which was helpful.

The flexibility in consumption there for access to data migrations, RPA, and actually setting the foundations for what you would need for an agent and agentic program

there's still a learning curve in terms of understanding what fully falls under it

were a new partner assisting in WDF but we're seeing customer be able to access their data and consolidate what they need to be able to address for building more robust programs. it's about being able to help provide line of sight to reduce tech debt and consolidation in terms of what clients need and meeting them where they are

I like the zero copy connectors feature in ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric because it allows me to get data from other systems without needing to store the data in ServiceNow. It also gives me the flexibility to use the data anytime I need it. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be not complex.

I really like the ease with which I can put a workflow together in ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric. The drag and drop system is a game changer for me, especially in terms of speed to resolution. Additionally, the initial setup of the platform was extremely easy.

I think the data pill picker could be a little bit more cohesive in having more data pills, as it would make workflows more granular.
