Can be buggy sometime with some the newer ai tools but will improve over time.

As a developer, data fabric helps me bridge the gap between customers and the data they need to succeed in business.

As a pro-coder, I don't like to have to click around the UI so much to create solutions. Maybe an CLI/API would be beneficial.

We use this for an RPA that manage data from government lines. I helps us secure the data in transition in a way that complies with legal standards.

It has dependency on servicenow ecosystem also cost association is much higher.

It's reduced manually task which benifits us on manual error. Also it has a very good option as Real time insights which allow us to see real time performance.

The service now automation engine greatly helps in integrating all my queries at one place with good UI. The customer support is quite amazing and I personally use it a lot to implement my work.

All of the things is good, just the interface could be more user-friendly.
