Zero-Copy, Real-Time Intelligence with ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric

  • March 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how it connects data from all our different enterprise systems without making us duplicate everything. The zero-copy approach is a game-changer , it gives me real-time, trustworthy data straight inside our workflows. That’s sped up our decision-making a lot and made integrations way less painful.

On top of that, it adds proper governance and business context, so the data is actually usable right away for automation and AI driven processes.”
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, unlocking its full value isn’t always straightforward. It really depends on having solid data maturity and getting the configuration right. The initial setup, aligning governance, and figuring out how to properly model your data can be pretty complex especially if your team is new to ServiceNow integrations.

There’s also a noticeable learning curve for non-technical users to fully grasp how the data is contextualized across different systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It genuinely solves the big problem of fragmented enterprise data being scattered across so many different tools and platforms.
By giving you a unified, real-time view of data directly inside your workflows, it removes the need for manual data hunting and cuts down on errors from outdated information. For me, this has sped up process execution significantly, improved overall data reliability, and made it possible to build much smarter automation across IT, finance, and operational workflows.

Keeps ServiceNow Workflows in Sync with Current, Unified Data

  • March 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it brings data together without making things overly complicated. I can access information from different systems directly in ServiceNow workflows without worrying about duplicated or outdated data. It saves time, reduces back‑and‑forth between tools, and makes day‑to‑day work smoother because the data I see is current and relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel complex at first, especially if you’re not very technical. Understanding how data is connected, governed, and used in workflows takes time, and the initial setup can be a bit heavy. Without proper guidance or documentation, it’s not always obvious how to get the most value out of it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it solves the issue of data being spread across too many systems that don’t talk to each other well. Instead of manually checking multiple tools or relying on exports, I get a more complete view directly in ServiceNow. This helps me work faster, reduces errors, and makes processes more efficient because decisions are based on real‑time, consistent data.

Unified Data Platform with Integration Challenges

  • March 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric connects and unifies data across different systems, which helps in running workflows smoothly without manual integration. It automates processes and facilitates faster decision-making by pulling the right data at the right workflow and at the right time. The product unifies data across multiple systems without needing heavy custom coding. I find it extremely beneficial in designing workflows that automatically pull the correct information, trigger actions, and keep everything in sync. I also appreciate that it works well alongside other DevOps and monitoring tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of setup and customization, sometimes it takes extra efforts to configure connectors or fine tune data flows. Streamlining onboarding and making integrations lighter would make the experience even better. Configuring data sources and tailoring workflows to our environment required extra effort and extra time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric to connect and unify data across different systems, solving the challenge of scattered, siloed data and enabling smoother workflows without manual integration. It automates processes and helps make faster decisions by automatically pulling the right information and triggering actions.

User friendly n convenient interface exp for all type of users which enhances productivity and makes tasks more easier to understand and increases productivity hrs
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel kind of staggering during prolonged use, probably due to an unexpected reboot. Another possible reason for the stagnant response could be multiple pages getting duplicated in web browsers.

Integrates Data Seamlessly, but Setup Needs Improvement

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that once it's configured, the data just flows into workflows without needing a lot of extra logic. It makes building cross-team workflows easier because the data is already available in a more consistent way. Also, it fits nicely into the existing ServiceNow setup, so we didn’t have to change too much. It feels pretty powerful for automation use cases. Just the ease of configuring workflows once it's figured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup was a bit confusing at the beginning, especially around data mapping and figuring out the right sources. The documentation helps, but still had to try a few things before it worked. Troubleshooting is also not very clear; when something breaks, it's not always obvious where the issue is. Would also be nice if performance was more predictable when dealing with larger data sets. A few how-to guides would've helped, right now everything is to be pieced together by the user. It would help if there were more real-world examples in the docs, not just basic ones. Some kind of validation or preview before activating data mappings would also be useful; we ended up catching mistakes only after workflows started behaving oddly. Better visibility into data refresh timing would be nice too, sometimes it's not clear how fresh the data actually is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric to unify data across ITSM workflows without custom integrations, keeping data consistent and reducing manual syncing. It solves the problem of scattered data, unreliable scripts, and reduces duplicate data and manual updates.

Live Data Across Silos—No Replication, Always Current

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It connects data across silos, so you don’t need to move or copy it. Everything stays accessible in one place, and data flows live into workflows, which means decisions can be made using current information. There are no stale data problems, and no data replication is required, which helps save database consumption.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation can be quite complex, often requiring substantial expertise and a significant amount of time to configure correctly. On top of that, the licensing cost is notably high, which can make it difficult to justify the investment for smaller organizations or teams working with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of fragmented data across systems by creating a unified layer that makes information instantly accessible within workflows. This saves significant time and reduces manual effort, allowing teams to automate smarter and make faster, data-driven decisions across the enterprise.

Zero-Copy Integration and Effortless Data Streaming Across the Enterprise

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about the ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric is the zero-copy integrator and the automatic connections to external data sources. I also appreciate the way it supports data streaming across the enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatic activation is something I worry about sometimes. Overall, there isn’t much to dislike, but the main issue is that it can occasionally be confusing to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way Databrick collects data from all our external vendors and then presents it to me in a more refined, organized way is what it solved for me, and it helps me interpret the data much more easily.

Seamless ServiceNow-to-DevOps Task Sync with Real-Time Workflow Access

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tasks getting created to my devops board from service now without copying.it.
The realtime workflow access.
Also the access control which connects the used seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the service now queries the live systems in realtime instead of replicating the data, if the source system is slow then the service now workflow is slow. Also advanced features are locked behind higher subscription tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Across my organisation, data lives in SAP, Salesforce, snowflake etc. data is scattered everywhere where AI isn't enough to use these data efficiently. Servicenow adds semantic meaning, provide governance, lineage and cataloging. This benefits in faster workflow like request solve is faster , automation scripts execute instantly and delays from nightly batch jobs disappear.
