What do you like best about the product?
the fatc that connects everything in one workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have that much experinece with, I am still exploring
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was involved in RPA project and we used ServiceNow DataFabric in some of the project aspects, Iwasn't fully involved but it helped us get the desired results
Great product for real time data applications.
What do you like best about the product?
There are variety of sources like structured, unstructured, and streaming, without requiring data duplication or migration. The zero copy architecture means data stays in its original system, but can be accessed and used in real time across workflows, which greatly reduces integration complexity and storage costs for AI or data applications. It is quiet easy to implement data pipeline in real time. We can easily use it multiple time for multiple tasks. The support team is also very easy to go. It also provides easy integration with Databrics which I like most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noted that the platform's user interface can require a lot of manual clicking which is not a good sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ServiceNow Workflow data fabric addresses the major challenge of fragmented and siloeed data across enterprise systems by creating a unified layer that connects all types of data, i.e. structured, unstructured, and streaming, without duplicating or moving it. This integration means I can access and act on real time information from multiple sources within a single platform, which is a huge benefit for analytics, automation, and AI driven decision making.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it’s most useful that they’ve partnered with several platforms allowing the automation processes to be seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think ai is a bit of a slippery slope in some ways but can only improve our workflow with augmentation of already known skills.

It allows me to really focus on things step by step but supports me through these processes as I go

ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric was introduced to better manage our data and so I think i like the accessibility and how easy it is to use in integrating data. it is been use quite often by my team

I wouldn't say dislike, i'm liking it so far

I like the fact it help with eliminating some of our manual process which improve efficiency.
