The Advantages and Obstacles of Using Celayix for Project Management

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of Celayix is the simplicity of scheduling and regulating my work schedules and the ability to request time off and vacation days through the application. This enables me to organize my personal life better and work more efficiently on the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The aspect of Celayix that I disliked the most was the initial learning curve associated with figuring out how to use the tool; it took me time and additional resources to acclimate to this tool. Moreover, if the quality of the input data was not accurate or up to date, it hurt the tool's efficacy and diminished its value to the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celayix has helped us resolve numerous workforce management issues within our organization. A lack of efficacy in task assignments and scheduling was one of the primary obstacles we faced, resulting in decreased productivity, and missed deadlines. With the assistance of Celayix, we were able to optimize the allotment of employees to the appropriate tasks over time. This increased the company's overall efficacy and reduced labor costs by a small amount.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most useful features of Celayix could be the employee scheduling tools. With these tools, can create schedules that are optimized based on factors such as patient demand, staff availability, and regulatory requirements. This can help ensure that the healthcare facility is adequately always staffed, without overspending on labor costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employee resistance, if the healthcare organization is used to manual or traditional scheduling and workforce management methods, employees may be resistant to using a new tool like Celayix. This could create a barrier to adoption and could make it challenging to get team members on board with the new system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the key benefits of Celayix's platform is its flexibility and ease of use. The platform can be customized to meet the specific needs of each healthcare facility and can integrate with other software platforms to streamline workflows. Celayix's mobile app is also user-friendly and can be accessed from anywhere, making it easy for employees to view their schedules and request time off.

What do you like best about the product?
When you log in, the display is clear and you can see your upcoming schedule for a few days. I can easily select shifts, set my calendar, and drop shifts as needed. The timesheets function is great to review; however, it is difficult to find, especially on a day-to-day basis. It is difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
Viewing the website on your phone is very difficult. The software shows me an error every time I select to click in to my shift; however, this is because my browser does not give away my geolocation information for privacy reasons. I have to wait for that error to go away each time I clock in to a shift. I struggle with the Timesheets function. The dashboard function and the notifications function are mostly unhelpful to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use eTime Xpress to select shift hours, set hours, and review my timesheets. It is easy to adjust my schedule using this software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
eTime Xpress is great for shift scheduling. Dropping shifts is great. They need to enable a swap shift function - this is critical.

What do you like best about the product?
eTime makes it super easy to track a remote teams hours, schedule and show days off. The interface is super easy to use and get used to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team view for leaders can be a bit confusing if you don't tweak it and it's not super straightforward. The caveat is once it's book marked, you're golden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling gaps within a remote team to cover areas of needed. This means we have multiple time zones, projects and availability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have proper training time for managers since the views are somewhat difficult to use. Also, create favorites right away!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the capability for creating a scheduled shift-drop as well as recurring auto-schedule cycles based on employee availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. Everything has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched from another software that did not allow employees to grab certain hours simultaneously. Etime express has solved that issue and has made shift drops seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's an efficient method of tracking time. User friendly, straightforward in its design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that it had extra features that I could have used earlier, but I wasn't aware of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is my company's primary source of tracking time for hourly employees.

the only thing i like is that I get paid at the end

almost everything else - it's such finicky software!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
my manager's problem of processing paper timesheets is solved, and we can make updates relatively easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
i would only get this software if it's the cheapest thing on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can search future pay periods and see how much vacation, sick time, personal days, etc. you will have by a certain date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally you have to re-submit your time off request and save more than once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of everyone's time off, whether it's vacation, sick leave, personal day, etc. I have found that it is a very simple way to keep track because it tallies the compiled days off for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Employee scheduling that allows you manage your workforce more effectively, while eliminating overtime and improving communication. The time collection and monitoring systems enable employees to clock-in/out on the web, or a cellular device, or even a traditional time clock. Employee communication and the ability to export time and attendance data to the payroll department almost instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would change is the look of the program. It needs a more modern look/ feel with new icons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee communication, time in and out procedures, and attendance data can all be sent over to the hr team almost immediately

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to use, reporting features are very robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little slow to load between screens or when saving a large number of hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes care of all our scheduling and timekeeping needs. It also allows us to easily pull reports to find gaps in coverage and make adjustments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend. Software is reliable and easy to use and the reporting options are excellent.
