Intuitive platform with fast onboarding process

What do you like best about the product?
Every aspect of PayEM has been user-friendly from the platform itself to the onboarding and ongoing support. I was surprised how fast the credit limit was updated, a transaction was declined due to credit limit, I updated it on the spot, seconds later our office managed got a call which demanded that will give a different CC, she asked them to try again and it just want trout, I have to say I was very specified
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, except the fact you cant automatically transfer the transaction from the current credit card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, our company credit card details were completely exposed to employees. Now, each employee/vendor has his own card, which is really simple to track. We had only compensative controls, now we have preventative ones (e.g. limitations to each card, approval flows for employees fund requests etc.).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The PayEm Platform is a game-changer in the CC industry, and you can use it to manage expenses in a flexible way which was not possible before in our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
PayEm's platform is so easy to use. It's intuitive, making our finance department work more efficiently and quickly, so we're finally able to focus on more important things.

Since working with PayEm, we've been able to streamline our entire credit card process. Synchronization occurs automatically and not manually, saving hours of work and improving the accuracy of the data transmitted to NetSuite.

In addition, we always know the state of the company's expenses in real-time, instead of waiting until the end of the month to upload credit cards to NetSuite. We know the status of each expense on a daily basis, removing the bottleneck we used to have at the end of the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform was able to interact with NetSuite a bit faster; beyond that everything else works quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before PayEm, we weren't able to track transactions, and closing the books took a very long time. I now feel confident as our business grows, PayEm will only make us more efficient and able to respond to any increase in the volume of activity easily.

You also do not have to wait for a credit company representative if there is an unclear charge. PayEm's team is always available, offering help with anything that comes up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it to any company looking to solve a lack of transparency around credit card spend and want to save a tremendous amount of time closing the books.

What do you like best about the product?
Provide the option to offer more flexibility on payments to our employees
Provide our employees a feeling of more control and independence
Usually allow the bookkeeping team to earn time on reconciliation
Global solution providing the option to get one solution for all entities (or most of them)
What do you dislike about the product?
We still have some bugs
Still requires from employees to open PO in Netsuite instead of giving them the possibility to do it through Payem interface. This is a double-work + not all the employees having a user in Payem are also PO opened with a user to Netsuite
When a transaction is declined as admin I would like to be able to get to the card itself by one click
Accounting users have access to all entities and we cannot (yet) select only some entities per user

More control over credit card payment while being able to share CC details with employees
Earn time on reconciliation and chasing after invoices
