Very user friendly & easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is incredibly user-friendly, which makes it easy to interact and keep track of everyone's expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is an issue then the support is very quick to help so nothing comes to mind :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The more information there is about each transaction makes it easier to interact with the platform and locate necessary vendors.

Payem is the solution for visibility into your expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to see exactly what is being spent on what with little to know overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few downsides but outside the US it has some limitations but these are minor

We used to have one credit card and would pay for google ads for a lot of customers and then hada a hard time auditing this
Easy and quick
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have multiple cards in one place but track all their transactions together. I also like that I have so many options clicking into a transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see if a receipt is uploaded already easier instead of scrolling over. My whole role is uploading and tracking payments. The receipt is more important than the department for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the payments for licensing made by my company. I am able to easily calculate how much we are spending in this area and so we are never stuck with an estimate or guessing.
Excellent way to keep expenses and receipts all in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
PayEm allows me to categorize and upload my expense receipts all in one place. I can search by date to find previous purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found any negatives with PayEm yet.

Gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to use. It was quick and easy to get set up.

I have run into a few problems with vendors declining the card.

Great, Easy Payment platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It is a user friendly, intuitive platform. Love the app and the ability to easily upload receipts and expenses. The virtual card option is amazing, can easily add to apple wallet. I've used many corporate payment platforms, and this is easily my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, maybe just having the option to request a physical version of the card :)

Expenses & corporate spend management
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quick it is to update me when I pay for a team lunch, event, or prizes for my team. It is super simple to log any transactions I make and it takes only a few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Watching my balance go down. Nothing has really been an issue for me. Overall the process has been awesome and it is a lot better than using my own credit card for making purchases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before PayEm I would have to expense all my purchases and the process we used didn't guarantee my purchase would be seen or paid back to me. Now I have a set budget that I can use and monitor.
Easy & Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to upload receipts, add comments etc. Not an overly complex system like other expense platforms I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative comments thus far. It's a young platform but I am enjoying it a lot so far.

Helps me easily upload expense receipts via the mobile app and add comments without too many clicks.
Excellent Business Card Company
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track expense management with the ability to assign virtual cards for colleagues to use. Easy to navigate system for inputting receipts and notes. Ability to have virtual and physical cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be lovely if we could assign expenses to certain executives in order to allow for streamlined expense management, especially for Executive Assistants who work with multiple executives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payem has allowed me to purchase items on behalf of my company and my executives, ranging from corporate gifts to important lunches. It allows me to track these expenses and assign them to different pay codes.
Easy and fast payment system
What do you like best about the product?
Virtual cards and physical cards are both available. Virtual cards are created very quickly. It's easy to upload receipts and check transactions for my department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could stay logged in to the app longer. I would appreciate a browser extension to autofill instead of using my native or desktop application to store details. I think if my company enabled SSO, it would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have company cards for my department. I also needed physical and virtual cards, and I have both through PayEm. Finance needed a way to track transactions and reach out to buyers for details.
