What do you like best about the product?
The virtual cards work flawlessly with online retailers - a game-changer for those of us in Sub-Saharan Africa where finding reliable payment options can be challenging. The verification is quick and smooth, and I can confidently make purchases on any e-commerce platform without the usual hassles of declined transactions or compatibility issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The physical card application process could be more user-friendly and streamlined. It requires several steps that aren't as simple as the virtual card setup.

PayEm's monthly office expense card system streamlines our budget management with its automatic monthly balance reset feature. This helps maintain clear spending cycles and simplifies expense tracking for our business operations

It is easy to use, like any other credit card in my wallet. I have the receipts ready to submit back to my work place too.

I do enjoy having a hard card in my wallet, but this option was not made available to me.

Love the fact I can purchase relevant solutions with ease, while communicating everything to our procurement team, securing a fast and seamless purchase experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit complicated to create a new card. Sometime the process is a bit lengthy and cumbersome.

Mainly around solutions I need to purchase for my day-to-day work. tools like LinkedIn, GPT, and other.

What do you like best about the product?
PayEm is fantastic. Our company allocates a certain budget for tools that we can subscribe too. Instead of paying from your pocket and expensing it to the org, which can be quite lenghty and annoying, let alone I forget to expense a few times a year... PayEm provides you with your own virtual credit card with the funds to pay and no need to expense anything :)))

Linked to most platforms so it makes it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't llike that I need to collect receipts for invoicing. They should automatically add to the linked programing.

Great for online purchases but it has limits with some companies.
