What do you like best about the product?
Very Good for my expense to request and then check the status of processing.

All Very Good & excellent,.. no dislikes for Payem

My re-imbursement done at the right time with right person,.. so no need to worry for someone to approve and wait for long time.

Very easy to navigate. Great customer support, easy to use.

No physical card to use. I am a bit older and always prefer a tangible card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even though I don't have a physical card, the app is very user friendly.
Honestly, it does the job really good.

Super easy UX/UI. I can easily implement my cards to this and it has good features to seperate between cards. Customer support made onboarding easy. Use every day now, zero complaints. Would reccomend

The feature to invite other users is not so easily understood, took some investigating. Minor thing really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make it easy to manage my payables and i have it all on a very clean dashboard for my convenience.

They virtual credit cards that allow easy payment with coroporate bugdget and work flawlessly. Also, the ability to work and manage expenses as a team

GUI is ok but a bit basic. Uploading an invoice is easy but not so intuitive due to the interface.

Paying online with corporate credit card and a defined budget.

makes it incredibly easy to keep track of expenses, reimbursements and payment methods. Digitizes the entire process and gives a lot of transparency to my teamand finance team

Nothing so far - i dont use it for overly complicated purposes

when you have a seriously large amount of cards it can be difficult to find exactly what you need unless you know exactly what to look for

It's user interface is easy to navigate around. I trained myself on the created of fund requests and PO approvals
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything to dislike about the application and its usage. Recent update on the UX model is also more friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PayEM has made procure to pay easy for us. Once a final deal is needed to be signed we raise a fund request, it goes through approval and we are able to move ahead with the purchase from the controller perspective.
