A system that provides an excellent response to the finance people in the organization
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily locate invoices and who made payments
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to pay attention to transactions with VAT and in most cases change the bill in NetSuite

Locating invoices and controlling payments
Very easy to work with. and Adi (our CS) is an expert and very kind.

The system is very easy to learn and work with.

It is a bit slow and we had a few problems (which the support was very helpful).

Using PayEm as an online finance management platform for small companies
What do you like best about the product?
PayEm is extremely user-friendly and easy to use. It's personally made my work as office and account manager that much easier. I no longer have to struggle with reaching credit limit or pestering employees for reimbursement receipts, which has saved me a ton of time. It has also made keeping track of different vendor payments that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process was a bit difficult and clunky - but I think this is mostly due to us being an incredibly small startup and possibly not PayEm's typical user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our worst struggle was with constantly reaching the spending limit with the company credit cards, which PayEm instantly solved for us. Otherwise, the platform is extremely convenient for keeping track of vendor payments as well as employee reimbursement. Extremely convenient for accounting purposes.
PayEm is a fantastic solution for our company and it saves me a lot of time.

It's easy to use PayEm for several use cases, such as SaaS payments, Travel expenses, and personal expenses

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable thing is that we have control and visibility of our costs (especially recurring costs) and we can limit specific cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some technical issues, we can't separate the view between enteties, and we can't set the approval flow by type of costs. there is no learning by the system about recurring vendors

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use, it covers all of the finance needs from segregation per vendor, per card per transaction, to departments and accounts, you can create purchase request flows and reduce your entire payment cycle.
The implementation process was very easy and fast.
Great support from the PAYEM team (ask for Michael) and the platform itself is very user-friendly and intuitive.
It seems that PAYEM thought about all the needs of the accounting team! highly recommended!

What do you dislike about the product?
Until today we haven't met any of its disadvantages in our operation on PAYEM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the time spent on the AP cycle, improving the AP request's management as they have purchase requests on the system itself, we can easily analysis by their friendly reports.
PayEm is very simple and user friendly, with a lot opportunities.

Very easy to use for the all participants and admins. just issuing a card with 2 clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
Expense management and tracking is one of the biggest keys for continued growth for us due to the heavy regulation in our industry. I love that this allows us to meet CA regulatory requirements!
What do you dislike about the product?
No, API link to Quickbooks. But this is a small problem that we can easily work around!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance. If we can comply with regulations we can grow 10 golds per year with little worry. PayEm makes growth easier for us!
