Great platform, very agile and can scale with your business
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can create vendors and assign cards to each, helps keeps everything organized
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor UI fixes and improvements are needed like copy/pasting the card information etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to scale my business to multiple vendors and suppliers without worrying my accounts are linked for using the same payment card

Intuitive and easy with excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
It’s
hard to choose what I like best. The platform is easy to use. I can issue credit cards efficiently and quickly. But perhaps it's the fact that the PayEm team is always available and helpful for any problem or question I have and is open to finding solutions

I dislike nothing, but it would be
nice to see the credit card names and not just the last 4 digits when I export reports.

Using PayEm, the finance team has
become truly efficient, which has freed us up to make impactful spending decisions instead of just chasing receipts and closing the books.

Efficient tool for employee fund requests and budget management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to separate each of my main payments into different cards. PayEm’s platform helps me work much more efficiently. Especially since now every employee can be responsible for the specific services they need using an employee card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Receipts are always an issue for me. But with PayEm I can send a few receipts via email and I don't need to upload them 1 by 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who doesn’t work in finance, PayEm has made it so much easier to get approvals for new budgets or to upgrade current services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend PayEm to any stakeholder as we are all busy with many tasks. Working with PayEm will free time for you and keep finance expenses and docs organized all in one place.
Payem makes accounting processes much efficient

It saves me a lot of time, the reconciliation process takes me half of the time it took before

The matching receipts works most of the time but not always

I don't need to chase after employees to give the receipts. and to investigate what was the purpose of the purchase. PayEm helps me to track after these things very easily
Great team, a crucial platform
What do you like best about the product?
PayEm is an excellent tool for managing credit card expenses. With the help of PayEm, we now have full control over all our purchases. We can control card spend in the organization, and at any moment, it is possible to reduce or increase the budget per card. The platform saves a lot of time for our accountants. And at the end of the month, we receive a billing report that already has all the relevant accounting classifications (expense card, budget item), so reconciliation is a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike. The PayEm team is constantly upgrading the system and is always there to help with any special requests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credit card control is an amazing thing. We can now cancel the cards of any employee that leaves the company- so there are never unused or irrelevant credit cards or charges. If we want to continue paying for anything, it’s easy to transfer payments to another employee card. We can now easily issue new credit cards whenever needed and have total control- which has been the most crucial difference PayEm has brought us by far
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend PayEm!! If you want to have complete control over credit card spending, you must work with PayEm. The platform saves us crucial time managing credit cards and also closing the books. Our finance team truly enjoys working with the PayEm team and with the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
PayEm gives us the ability to set up and allocate a budget per vendor. We can also budget requests for expenditures, events, taxes and create an approval flow based on our needs. PayEm gives us total transaction transparency- we know who is spending on what, when, etc, and we have the invoices right there in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't something I dislike, but I am eager to see more features coming out:)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have the need for petty cash. None of our employees need to be reimbursed, and we save hours of manual work for our bookkeepers. With PayEm we have total control over our spend and budgets and, as an added bonus, cashback for every dollar we spend.

This is a great product with features that save countless hours.

The limits I can add to each vendor/card, and the option to give a credit card to everyone without loosing control.

sometimes there is a pending transaction and later, when it is final, you might receive additional notice and the other users don't understand what happened .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving cards when I need to, without worrying about loosing control with the payments. It helps to recognize the transaction also (and then, the person who didn't send the invoice..)

The fact that we now have full control of all credit card expenses and payments.

The UI/UX is still relevant new, but it is in the build-up.

What do you like best about the product?
PayEm makes things simple for us. From approvals to staying on top of transactions. We can quickly issue cards and everyone has been truly happy with this platform- from employees to the finance team.

The approvals aren’t as granular as I would like, but I know it’s being updated soon.

We were looking for a corporate card solution that would offer flexibility. PayEm is easy to use, helps us work fast, and keeps communications in one place.
