PayEm made me stop chasing after employees receipt
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface. It is very user-friendly. The idea of having all expenses managed in one platform that integrates to our ERP SW helps me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would add the option to sum transactions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me this is fantastic because the responsibility to document the recipes is now on the employees and they are much more engaged in this process. I can follow on every moment on the accounting status, I get the transparency I need.

Great expense management system with virtual and physical credit cards
What do you like best about the product?
It takes a few minutes to approve funds and get a virtual card. It helps us work faster and still keep track of all expenses. We can pay for SaaS subscriptions and keep tracking changes. Every card can be set with a limit and can be changed per request.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, I don't like collecting receipts. Now it is easier. I can send the receipts via email and it automatically syncs with the right account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows each department head to handle payments independently while keeping within budget. It also really helps manage and resolve issues with remote workers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a fast and useful expense management system that helps the users and the finance department. I can say it works for us.

PayEm is the greatest!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of submitting my expenses! I love how the second I swipe my credit card. I get a notification when the card was used, and I can reply with an image of my receipt.

I don't think I have found anything that I dislike.

Doing all of my expenses!! PayEm saves me time, and I like how fast it works.

What do you like best about the product?
With PayEm, I don't have to lay out my own money and wait for reimbursements. All funds are requested and approved in advance. The platform is all digital and easy to use.

Needs a smoother guide on how to use the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never have to wait for budget approval from my manager, allowing me to run activities quickly. With PayEm, I can also make sure all the tools I use are renewed, so I don't worry about any service stoppage.
Simple and seamless SaaS solution
What do you like best about the product?
With PayEm it’s easy to upload and attach receipts. I don't need to log into PayEm's website, but rather get an automated email reminder from PayEm and can simply reply to the email and attach a picture of the receipt. This makes my experience seamless and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that my card is tied to a specific vendor budget so if I have multiple vendors I need to have multiple cards approved. On the other hand, this makes it easier for my company's finance team to keep track of credit card usage of current and former employees, so I get it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PayEm helps our finance team gain more control over payments by having a limit on each vendor card and also allows for better management of employee subscriptions. Once a team member leaves the company, our finance team can easily stop payments to a particular subscription.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend PayEm to companies who want to increase efficiency and control, while saving company money. As a fairly recent user of PayEm, I haven't experienced any problems or issues. Initially I was a bit worried to transition to using PayEm, but I found it to be very user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
PayEm is an easy platform to manage and control my department’s bills; I can see our charges in real-time. Moreover, the UX/UI is very friendly and allows me to understand the system better. Even on my first visit, PayEm supported my security as a client from the minute I entered the platform with verification and passwords.

There is nothing that pops in my mind in terms of something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of PayEm is the option to visualize our charges and receive notifications via email when something is wrong, like if a transaction declined for some reason or other problems with my cards. The product allows me as a Sales Coordinator to control the amount of spending and block my cards if needed.

The platform developed by PayEm has enabled us to improve and simplify our process of managing and monitoring employee and vendor expenses using a very intuitive method of generating employee/vendor credit cards. PayEm's platform gives us complete control and the ability to keep track of the various expenses on the company's credit cards. It allows company employees to make purchases without having to issue bank credit cards. We have complete control over virtual cards–in one click, we can restrict or close any credit card. The platform is simple and very easy to use. PayEm's customer service is excellent; we get a quick and efficient solution to any problem that arises.

Before PayEm, there was a lack of control and tracking of company credit card expenses. The platform creates a transparent process for credit card expenses and visibility into everything. In addition, it provides a quick and straightforward solution for urgent purchase needs from employees from various departments in the company.
