What do you like best about the product?
The ability to focus because I know the conversation is recorded and notes created. I can easily section parts for relevant team members after the call to get help or advice form devs etc.. Different types of notes and action points so that I can review risks or overall conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything bad to say, I started using it in 2020 and have seen it eveolve into something really powerful that is hard to beat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collating customer call content into one easy to review section. Note taking isn't required, making conversations better as information isn't missed / don't have to slow down pace of customer to keep up with infomation being given.
