I love the fact that it allows me to be present in meetings and have the notes taken for me
It's always a great tool for onboarding as a new employee because you have access to all the calls that took place before you joined

I wish it was easier to search for themes but the tags work well enough

Saving time with notetaking and making sure nothing gets missed
A perfect tool for collaboration between clients and colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very easy to use. It allows you to record all customer calls and easily share them with colleagues and clients. I particularly like the key points and questions section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I find this tool perfect and above all it can be used by different jobs (sales, implementation consultant, training, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We couldn't easily record and share client calls before using Jimminy. I've become more efficient in my work thanks to this tool.

Easy to use, well organised dashboard, like how you can listen to calls almost like you would listen to music on the go. Like how you can download transcripts

Really like everything, just continue to improve dashboard.

Awesome call recording software to analyze and grow as a seller
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that the Jiminny connects very easy to all my meeting tools and records the meetings without any effort on my side. The transcribe-feature helps me in getting better each day and even transcribes dialects into proper language. The AI-feature also helps in getting action points or getting improvement points.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit outdated and could be a little more up to date

It helps me with making sure nothing of my prospect meetings slips through. Be it next steps, important questions and insights from the prospect.

I like the AI features to create follow up emails and summaries after calls.

Sometimes my meetings do not synch and aren't recorded.

Being able to get a summarization of calls and next steps. Also having a place to log and keep track of calls for coaching.

Obviously the note taking and insights it provides, saves me a ton of time after each call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably just user error, but it isn't easy to connect with meetings I didn't create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically recording my calls and then giving me one place for team and others to see a brief overview of each call. Right now I have to keep posting different zoom call links for my Dev team or sales coach to watch. Now they can jump in, get a full review of our conversation, and check at anytime they would like, I don't have to send links or take time making my own call summary.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to listen back on calls and to analyze how much I was talking, did I ask enough questions, where did we leave off for next steps, etc. There are so many helpful features that helped me grow as a salesperson
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI transcript summary could be a bit clunky. Especially when there were multiple people on a call, sometimes it confused my colleague with a prospect and the action items wouldn't be relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me have better conversations with potential clients and make sure I'm asking the right questions and hitting on the right pain points.
