Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI generated recaps. These have been extremely helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Obviously the note taking and insights it provides, saves me a ton of time after each call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably just user error, but it isn't easy to connect with meetings I didn't create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically recording my calls and then giving me one place for team and others to see a brief overview of each call. Right now I have to keep posting different zoom call links for my Dev team or sales coach to watch. Now they can jump in, get a full review of our conversation, and check at anytime they would like, I don't have to send links or take time making my own call summary.
Jiminny is great for call recording and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to listen back on calls and to analyze how much I was talking, did I ask enough questions, where did we leave off for next steps, etc. There are so many helpful features that helped me grow as a salesperson
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI transcript summary could be a bit clunky. Especially when there were multiple people on a call, sometimes it confused my colleague with a prospect and the action items wouldn't be relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me have better conversations with potential clients and make sure I'm asking the right questions and hitting on the right pain points.

I'd like a little more data to be placed into SFDC

I like the call recording functionalty and some of the Ask Jiminy functionality that is now available on the backend.

I was there was more deal management features that would integrate with Salesforce like other platforms I have used in other roles.

Having access to a transcript to quickly review calls.
Jimminy has been a great tool for me and my team to review and track our sales demos

Call transcript and AI review of it. This helps us knows what happened quickly

Sometimes picks up incorrect words in transcription or doesn't fully understand the point of the convo

Review of calls and sharing of calls easier
Been great and looking at making there product better.

Very easy to use. Love the ability to go back and listen to calls. Love the AI notetaker. Love that it helps calculate what next steps are needed.

On the extension it doesn't give you the most recent call recordings.

Transcription is the best out of every tool I've used. Offers actions at the end too. Reads moods well too.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jiminny is that I no longer have to worry about taking extensive notes during calls - it captures everything for me. It allows me to be fully present and actively listen, which I wasn’t able to do as effectively before.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Jiminny is that I can't proactively add it to an internal call if I'm not the owner of the calendar event. This can be limiting when I want to ensure a call is recorded or transcribed but don’t have control over the invite.

The interface used to be quite clunky to use but this has changed now

We have set points that should be covered in the sales calls and it assists in reminding the teams what is needed.
