Extremely valuable tool for my day to day
What do you like best about the product?
AI summary and action items, the live coaching feature, and Slack integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Schedule isn't always 100% sync'd visually, but when I try to invite the notetaker, it says it's already waiting to join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping solve the manual note taking efforts so I can more actively listen and engage in deeper discussions with customers. It also helps summarize action items nicely, as sometimes it's easy to let something fall through the cracks depending on how complex the conversation/post call admin work is. The live coaching is also great. It allows me to listen to and learn from colleagues, and vice versa as well without having to join the actual call to "shadow".

A great tool to support with managing meetings and accounts

Jimminy helps support analysis from calls I have made with my customers
It is great for call snippes from the calls and help support with what to run throughh in th next meeting and and is a tool i have open all day everyday.

What do you dislike about the product?
no many downsides to the platform, all slowness issues have been fixed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tbis saves alot of time writing up notes and action points after calls, it also saves the video clip of your call and adds in automotically to each meeting taking away some of the extra jobs that have to be done in preparation for a meeting.
Great tool for scaling SAAS teams
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has been great for our team so far, as a growing business we need to be able to listen back to our calls and identify weak spots. I particularly like the deal insights part of Jiminny along with the 'Ask Jiminny' feature which has been crucial in drilling down into our pipelines and progressing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes struggle with the Hubspot integration, and when a company is owned by another group - this can cause the account to be linked incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny helps us to learn from our mistakes, forecast better and understand where our processes are lacking.
Great AI
What do you like best about the product?
Love love love the AI functionality. I can ask it any question such as "what are the challenges I need to address in the next call" and the AI pops up with generally great feedback I can base the next call on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the follow up emails are as good as they can be. That might be me that needs to play around with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to take notes in the call. Having to remember every challenge the client has said. It gives me advice after the call on what I can improve on.

The interface is very easy to use. It's very easy to find every call, and I like the AI notes.

The AI notes could be more detailed. That would make Jimminy better

Mostly notes, thanks to Jimminy I don't need to worry that I will miss something from the call.

What do you like best about the product?
Has comprehensive analytics on calls and the AI assistant is great in spotting key findings from the call. Easy to use!

Challenges to get all functionalities available when having calls in Finnish.

"Ask jiminny" helps to pinpoint customer pains and call summaries, that are visible directly in Hubspot (via integration) help minimize admin.
Excellent personal assistant for a sales rep
What do you like best about the product?
I cannot count how much time I save using Jiminny in my meetings. It allows me to be present while ensuring nothing gets lost in the notes.
The user friendliness of the platform is a huge plus—intuitive to navigate and excellent transcriptions.

What do you dislike about the product?
The AI advice could be a hit or miss sometimes. Since I have multilingual meetings would also be great if Jiminny could catch changes in language.

I can increase the amount of sales meetings I hold without increasing the backlog.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it summarizes calls, takes notes and allows you to review calls and leave feedback on other peoples calls. Great for management!

There really isn't anything in particular that I dislike about Jiminny.
