Jiminny Does the Job
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jiminny is that I no longer have to worry about taking extensive notes during calls - it captures everything for me. It allows me to be fully present and actively listen, which I wasn’t able to do as effectively before.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Jiminny is that I can't proactively add it to an internal call if I'm not the owner of the calendar event. This can be limiting when I want to ensure a call is recorded or transcribed but don’t have control over the invite.

The interface used to be quite clunky to use but this has changed now

We have set points that should be covered in the sales calls and it assists in reminding the teams what is needed.
Jiminy is a great tool for calling my clients!

I love the AI tools. They help me formulate the best responses and even help out with emails. I also like being able to go back and listen to my meetings, allowing me to not have to spend the whole meeting taking notes

I do not like the live coach. It is distracting

jiminy is helping me personalize my follow up outreach to my clients, and giving me original ideas to help me be more creative in my role.
Does away with the need for note taking
What do you like best about the product?
I don't need to take notes, easy to check for things in the transcript, share call recordings with clients afterwards, especially for onboarding sessions, and the newer AI features are handy - very easy to get insights, summaries, or review concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always do well with transcribing accents.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is being able to snippet parts of the call and share team wide - we use this often to collect feedback from each other.
The interface is easy to use, generally speaking its quick to navigate.
I like the transcript search option, i use it often when i am looking for parts of conversations.
Generally use for every call, it was easy to setup and get the ball rolling.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where the note taker does not add to a call, i dont know why and im already in the call and kicked off so can not easily add it. Usually just do without if that happens.
To be honest it does everything i need, there is not much negative feedback i have for you.
Quite a lot of the features are over kill for what we need it for, but i imagine they could be useful for bigger teams.
I have not dealt with customer support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
2 things i mainly use it for
1- to revisit conversations looking through transcripts and making clips to send to clients. It can help me give clarity to clients especially around negotiation conversations.
2- Watching my own and my peers calls. The ability to clip and share with the team helps us easily give feedback to each other.

Extremely valuable tool for my day to day

AI summary and action items, the live coaching feature, and Slack integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Schedule isn't always 100% sync'd visually, but when I try to invite the notetaker, it says it's already waiting to join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping solve the manual note taking efforts so I can more actively listen and engage in deeper discussions with customers. It also helps summarize action items nicely, as sometimes it's easy to let something fall through the cracks depending on how complex the conversation/post call admin work is. The live coaching is also great. It allows me to listen to and learn from colleagues, and vice versa as well without having to join the actual call to "shadow".

It is great for call snippes from the calls and help support with what to run throughh in th next meeting and and is a tool i have open all day everyday.

no many downsides to the platform, all slowness issues have been fixed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tbis saves alot of time writing up notes and action points after calls, it also saves the video clip of your call and adds in automotically to each meeting taking away some of the extra jobs that have to be done in preparation for a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has been great for our team so far, as a growing business we need to be able to listen back to our calls and identify weak spots. I particularly like the deal insights part of Jiminny along with the 'Ask Jiminny' feature which has been crucial in drilling down into our pipelines and progressing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes struggle with the Hubspot integration, and when a company is owned by another group - this can cause the account to be linked incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny helps us to learn from our mistakes, forecast better and understand where our processes are lacking.
