I prefer working with a names CSM but we have been moved to the support inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Jiminny for over three years now, and I have to say, it is one of the rare tools that actually improves with time. Each update is meaningful, not just cosmetic, and it genuinely feels like the team is listening to users rather than chasing trends for the sake of it.

What keeps me using it every day is how reliable and intelligent it is. The voice detection and transcription are shockingly good, even when dealing with thick accents or imperfect audio. It is the kind of accuracy that takes the pressure off during calls, knowing I will not have to triple-check everything afterward.

The AI features are another level. They are not just there for show — they are useful. I actively use them every day to recap calls, catch what I missed, and clarify next steps. It saves time, but more importantly, it sharpens how I work.

And the human part of Jiminny deserves a mention too. Their client-facing team is just… lovely. Genuinely helpful, easy to talk to, and quick to sort things out. They made the shift to new features smooth and actually enjoyable, which is more than I can say for most support experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, there were occasional delays in processing some calls, which could be frustrating when I needed quick access to transcripts or insights. That said, this has noticeably improved in recent months and is no longer something I struggle with. Whatever they did behind the scenes clearly worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny helps me stay on top of a high volume of video calls without losing track of important details. The quick turnaround on transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and even ready-to-send follow-up emails means I spend far less time doing manual admin work. It helps me focus on the actual conversations and relationships, knowing the tool has the rest covered.

What do you like best about the product?
Having spent years not reviewing my own calls its so hard to know where i was going wrong and what i was doing well. Using this tech means i can improve from every call i have. The AI notes are surprisingly good too which saves me time writing my follow up emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
the clipping tool could be easier as its hard to drag it to the exact moment you want

saving time for follow ups and coaching other team members

What do you like best about the product?
The ask Jiminny is the best part of it for my work as an AE, better démo review, lot of time saved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside about jiminny is the fact the it sometimes get some info wrong regarding some prompt we are using.

Nothing, it works fine and don't have anything to add here.

Being able to go over past calls from someone else in the organization to learn the context of the previous call.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is the 'ask jiminny' tool - I use this after every call to write me a summary of notes and action take aways. Super useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
None! My only suggestion would to make the 'notetaker' added to our calls a smaller feature as this does take up part of the screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When having a busy day you can look back on what calls you've done and re-watch or share those conversations also.

What do you like best about the product?
Super super useful when needing to listen back to calls, follow up notes + playback for QA. Email follow up tool auto generated is a life saver also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, super useful within my role + CSM we have is always on hand if there are any questions/queries.

Auto recording of calls, auto scoring of calls, the ease of follow up emails

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny provides accurate meeting note and actions, which save a considerable amount of time in write-ups.
The software also provide very valuable insights & analytics which really help with self development!
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using over 1 year ago, the interface could sometimes be slow. However, this has really improved in recent months and very rarely do I have any issues with speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny allows myself and the team to reflect on our conversations and highlights areas for self development.
It also saves time with it's meeting notes/actions.
