Love this tool

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to focus because I know the conversation is recorded and notes created. I can easily section parts for relevant team members after the call to get help or advice form devs etc.. Different types of notes and action points so that I can review risks or overall conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything bad to say, I started using it in 2020 and have seen it eveolve into something really powerful that is hard to beat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collating customer call content into one easy to review section. Note taking isn't required, making conversations better as information isn't missed / don't have to slow down pace of customer to keep up with infomation being given.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI notetaking functionality, the ability to tag key moments in calls, share export feature with a summary of notes, and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only suggestion, which would be a nice-to-have for Jiminny, is to enhance the AI note-taking feature. Currently, it lacks the level of detail I would prefer, and expanding its capabilities would be a great improvement. However, I understand this is currently in development. Can't wait!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the ability to dissect calls and review them in greater detail.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it takes a whole bunch of random ideas and puts them together in to beautiful email templates for follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up of AI is a little lenghty but once it is up and going it is an amazing tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping me recognize opportunities with my inbound phone calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me so much on summarizing and taking actions! The AI features has been amazing!

So nice and easy to show certain parts of meetings both externally and internally.

Support as been super fast and easy to communicate with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It´s hard to set up a good structure to get "buyin intent" and keywords. Especially as in Nordics there is boths swedish and english words used in the meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To look att demos and coach my team, withouth having to be apart of all meetings. But also for the team to get AI genereated insights by themselves.

One downside is that some advanced features require additional setup or learning, which can be time-consuming for new users. Additionally, while the platform offers a wide range of functionalities, it occasionally feels cluttered, which could be improved with more customization options.

Jiminny helps streamline call analysis and feedback processes by providing easy access to recorded customer service calls. This allows me to identify coaching opportunities, track adherence to quality standards, and uncover trends in customer interactions. The platform’s detailed insights enable me to enhance agent performance and optimize processes, ultimately improving service quality in a fast-paced tourism industry.

What do you like best about the product?
the meeting transcripts and being able to plug them directly into AI like claude

hard to put meetings into folders and find stuff
sometimes the share links dont work

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is just so easy to navigate! Didn't need any tutorials or anything, just jumped straight to using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really a downside, but there are just so many options that I feel I still need to discover some of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to take notes manually during meetings, Jiminny records them for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to search for specific keywords in a conversation. This helps us search for specific terminologies and quickly get all the conversations that keyword was used in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio and video are disrupted, so information is lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me access all the sales calls that are being made and enables me to listen how potential customers talk about what they need and our product.

What do you like best about the product?
Call stats are great for people who like to make a game of anything (I will learn to talk slower!). The AI Ask Jiminiy feature is very useful and the ability to pull out specific sections of a call and play them back to a client is great
What do you dislike about the product?
If you work as part of a large team where multiple people can be working on an account it can be pretty awkward to assign everything correctly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting down on admin time and giving fresh insights into deals

Few issues from time to time with notetaker not joining but the support team are very quick to help and respond

I love the meeting notes and follow up email - Great time saver and ensures I do not miss any important actions off the back of a meeting
