So useful!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking calls, the summaries as well as the ability to grab short sections of the call and search for parts of the call
What do you dislike about the product?
Some action points/ discussion points get missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Administraiton - Whilst i still need to amend the text summary, it is reducing my admin significantly!

What do you like best about the product?
Jimminy is very professional and has plenty of options. It is the best software that helps improve my customer service on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jimminy is not always accurate. It does not pick up my Polish accent. For example, I am not on urgency tracker, because Jiminy does not understand accents,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me with my PSA. It helps me with my questioning.
Great Tool for reviewing Calls
What do you like best about the product?
An excellent tool for reviewing calls - identifying key moments and insight in to activity. The new feature to be able to ask about anything mentioned in the call is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the summary is jumbled, and rather than being able to use this as a summary of the call you need to review and amend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy summary of activity of calls when monitoring for the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny notetaker is automatically included during your calls (however, you can always kick it out if you should not want to record). Transcripts it makes of the calls are quite accurate, and the recording is usually ready to watch soon after the meeting is over.
What do you dislike about the product?
It actually has got better thoughout time! At first I was annoyed how low is the visual quality of recordings but it seems that it has got better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could never remember by heart all the things I discuss during calls. So having the recording + trasncripts is necessary.

Easy to use and review meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and user friendly, and I like that my customers receive an email with the meeting summary. It saves me so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little time for my meetings to sync, but it seems to be fine now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its saving me time on follow up emails with customers and writing my own notes for future use!

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is great if I need any help. The AI automation is great and it is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to search for specific colleagues and watch their recordings. Can be hard to integrate to all calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am new to my current company so it is great for training and getting to know clients. In my previous company it was great for sales training new starters.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Jiminny every day for over 3 years. It's great for call coaching and analytics and so easy to use. New features are added consistently which really helped as a salesperson. The best customer support I have ever experienced - both in office and over the phone/email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's AI capabilities could be better. I sometimes found that my calls would not connect but this is very rare and resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enhanced our sales coaching and training by allowing me to easily review client calls, which improved the overall sales process. I could quickly locate essential information, enabling more effective follow-ups. Additionally, it accelerated the onboarding process for new team members, allowing them to ramp up much faster.

I like the fact that my learning is unlimited with Jimminy, I can improve after every call.

Sometimes calls take a while to upload up.

Jimminy is solving my talk to listen time. This allow me to gather more info on calls.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fast and clean - the layout just makes sense and the speed at which the calls load is unrivaled (unless gong/chorus have had major speed upgrades in the past 4 months).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I forget if the word Jiminny has one 'n' or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all know the value of call recording software - so I won't get into those specific benefits. However, the speed at which the calls load makes me actually want to log in and quickly track through calls. I used to fear having to boot up Gong or Chorus cause it would take 15-30 seconds to load anytime I jumped to a new section of the calll.
