Easy to use and a great tool to keep on top of accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I loveKiminny's integrations. They allow me to use the software seamlessly in my day-to-day work and track/record meetings without even thinking about it. It's super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was slightly easier to navigate through saved material but saying that I can always find what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to look back on meetings with ease and stay on top of having over a hundred accounts with the summary sections saving me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is an invaluable tool for sales teams looking to improve performance through data-driven insights and coaching. Its ability to analyze conversations in real time and provide actionable feedback is a major asset for any company wanting to boost its sales effectiveness. I use this on every meeting and it gives you the ability to really focus on your meeting and not scrambling to take notes. Also, their new enhancement of being able to leverage Jiminny for in-person meetings is also a welcomed game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike, and might be user errors from our company is not automatically syncing to our SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny records and transcribes sales calls and meetings, giving managers detailed insights into the conversations happening across the team. This enables them to review real customer interactions, identify key moments, and track performance trends.

What do you like best about the product?
The latest improvements to the call summaries are catching Jimminy up to the longer-established call recording tools on the market.

The assistant/side app is easy to navigate and use. Makes for easy notetaking on a call.

I ask the support team regular questions and they deliver a friendly and above all human response. It's great to see that getting through to a real person is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often doesn't consistently catch who is speaking accurately in the call summary or playback screens.

Playback navigation can be tricky to navigate especially when trying to create a snippet or export sections of a call. By no means impossible. Just a little on the sensitive side when trying to move the slider for a snippet.

My role is more on the implementation side so I know the tool isn't specifically designed for my use case. It would be great to have a more post-sale setup which hides the more sales-related features to provide a more succinct interface. Less noise on the screens and more tuned to workshops, implementation discovery and functional demos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a terrible notetaker so I heavilly utilsie the post call summaries to produce my action and follow up emails.

Would be great to have a ready to go email format tuned to the sessions I deliver. i.e. we create a template and Jiminny has sections it can populate i.e. actions and questions.

So far no complaints! Perhaps if there was a way to help break down call time for calls answered versus voicemails left to measure time on the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
a Customer Success Manager, Jimminy has been a huge time-saver in my daily workflow. Having meetings automatically recorded, transcribed, and key moments highlighted is incredibly useful, especially when I need to revisit important details. One of the standout features is how these highlights are seamlessly pushed to my CSP on the customer record, which helps me keep everything organized without manually updating it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve encountered several instances where important calls didn’t process correctly, which is why I’m giving it a 9 instead of a 10. Despite this, the platform overall has made my job more efficient, and the insights it provides have improved the quality of my customer interactions. I would recommend Jimminy to any CSM looking to streamline their workflow and better manage customer communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CSM, Jimminy addresses the crucial issue of managing customer interactions efficiently. It automatically records and transcribes meetings, highlighting key points that I can easily reference later. This not only saves me valuable time but also ensures that important details are captured accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to easy! I can easily go back to the meeting that happened a while ago and check what has been discussed. Lately, I've been using that to coach myself into better performer - this way I can provide better customer support to my customers. I like the new AI implementations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have possibility to download transcript with different formats. Sometimes it messes up the order of the speakers. I'd love possible integration with Savio to pass feedback smoother!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a huge help for meeting summary's and emails followups with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Saves me plenty of time by not having to input demo notes and have an easy access to all documented videos.
Every time I had an issue support has been amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
I have demos in several languages, it would be nice if it would automatically detect it. I understand it might be a feature coming up (?)
