Good tool for calls
What do you like best about the product?
It is very handy that you can join others' calls and coach them in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notetaker is not automatically added and I need to manually add it

I can check the scripts of the calls

upsides are user friend and ease of use, any struggle with finding a call their is a help line that is 24/7 and answers any questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Jimminy is great for allowing our sales team to share, watch and analyse our calls across the business. Everyone uses it every day and it has now become a staple for the team. It was easy to set up, and had little to no learning curve. Their support has been great, and everything integrated seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could improve within a recroding as it can be a little cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jimminy helps us review, coach and improve our sales team through conversation intelligence. We also use it to share snippets of customer requests with the product team, when a customer mentions something they would like to see on our roadmap.

What do you dislike about the product?
some of the UI toggles and sliders dont work quite as well as I would like. They get the job done, but I feel I waste too much time trying to figure out how to get the filters to find the calls or snippet I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alot of my sales calls are very similar and I have to go back and review talking points. Jiminy makes this easy for me.
Easy and effetive
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I find the ability to go back and review a call super simple. Being able to take a clip from that call and forward it has been a game changer for internal communications and helped with client-facing comms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to wait around for the video to process before it's ready to review/clip.
I think some updates to the sidekick note taker pop up would be great. There have been too many times where I end up losing what notes I had in the sidekick as it refreshed and I lost my typed up text.

A Powerful Sales Call Analytics Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is an intelligent software solution for watching, analysing, and searching through recorded sales calls with the help of artificial intelligence. It is very efficient when it comes to training the sales workforce and improving their effectiveness. Lastly, the product team can use it as well to collect customers’ opinions and insights for developing new products.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, Jiminny can be quite a lot in terms of information, but, with a bit of adjustment, it is possible to narrow down to the key metrics and insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny makes it easy to analyze and capture sales calls by letting observers watch storically recorded calls, search for relevant information material and listen for improved sales coaching and better sales practice. It also solves the problem of information overload by rendering specific insights more observable. Finally, it assists product teams too by listening to the customers on the calls and directly utilizing those comments in the development of the products that are more suited to customers.

It incorrectly labels who says what & there is no feature that provides call notes broken down by the topic of discussion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track action items for each call and the ability to quickly search topics of the conversion in the dialogue.

What do you like best about the product?
I am new to my role, and have been using Jiminny to learn and upskill myself. I have used it to listen to calls, breakdown certain sections and reflect on my own perforamnce. It is easy to use and when i have not understood something i am able to go back and look at the transcript and key words etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a lot of information, and it took me some time to learn all the different functions and buttons. It will take some time to learn it all and make the most of the platform.

The call listening and feedback options to provide support and assistance to the team

Sometimes the call listening and script feature switches the speaker which can be confusing sometimes

The notes writung feature really ehlps with leaving detailled notes on students profiles making the comprehension of our notes and work a lot easier.
