Game changer for analysing and coaching calls!
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has transformed the team's day to day. One of the favourite things about Jiminny is the beauty of not needing to note take. I can focus on engaging with my client rather than having to jot things down. The transcript search makes it really easy for me to listen back and I love the stats! Overall, a great piece of tech that I'd highly recommend to any sales SaaS team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things that could be better is the transcript jumps back to where the live playing is rather than staying on a word I'm searching at the same time. For recording F2F meetings, the dictatioln can't pick up different voices very well. But htese are very small things. Other than that, I cannot thin of anything I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to listen back to my calls, to send my team for feedback to help with coaching.
Great insights from calls
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the call summaries as it quickly allows me to see the key discussion and action points after each customer call.
I also really enjoy the insights and how I benchmark against colleagues and best practice with regards to talk ratio, talking pace etc

Sometimes the transcriptions can transcribe some words incorrectly, which can be a little confusing and skew the meaning of what was actually discussed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for call coaching to help improve the quality of our customer calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm able to watch old calls again. It comes in handy in all areas of our business. The AI features are extremely helpful and I love being able to read through a transcript.
What do you dislike about the product?
I with Jimminy had more integrations. Maybe an email integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps close the gap between presales calls and postsales. Operations is able to utilize Jimminy when there are questions around a contracted project.

Jiminny for Customer Success
What do you like best about the product?
Since implementing Jiminny, we've found our account intelligence and note-taking efforts has dramatically increased. We get far more reliable information added to our account and contact records in our CRM and CS systems. Because of the automated notes, suggested action items, and meeting transcripts, the information we garner from client meetings is now incredibly accurate - which also means our teams are able to be more present in meetings and not focused on scribbling notes.
We were hesitant how clients would take the majority of our meetings now being recorded and meeting minutes being automated, but far from tht has been the reality. In fact, the vast majority of our clients are so impressed with the tool and meeting summaries provided that they ask what platform powers our meeting notetaker.
The final point from a team development perspective is the ability for us to have access to client meeting recordings and being able to coach team members. This means for our mangement team we don't need to be at every client meeting in order to offer valuable coaching and recommendations to other team members.

What do you dislike about the product?
Less so a downside of Jiminny directly, however, there is far more to the platform than we are currently leveraging. The deal intelligence and insights component is more applicable to our sales team than Cusomter Success function, that said, as a collective we could be driving more value from this aspect of the platform.
We also don't have a native integration available for the CRM/CS Platforms (Insightly & Custify) our firm uses and Jiminny - which makes the connection more mannual on our part.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Jiminny, a lot of the lift to provide meeting intelligence and team coaching is incredibly manual.
Jiminny makes it possible for global team members to offer coaching insights from meeting recordings, and helps our teams to benefit the rewards from having excellent meeting notes/summaries. It also helps us to flag contentious issues that come up on client meetings as well as WOW moments where clients provide positive feedback.

Jiminny helps focus on whats really important
What do you like best about the product?
Since we started using Jiminny, we have been more accurate on our deals and targets during our meetings. Still, we improved our staff and individual skills, becoming more coachable and reviewing risks not seen without the platform.
The summarizing is important and precise, easy to use, and review calls. We use Jiminny Notetaker every day, in our internal and external meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, we had a series of struggles with some minor necessities that were addressed by Jiminny's team as soon as possible, always taking care of the customer's needs.

We faced struggles to refine and unify our sales pitch and also review about each sales person part in a meeting refining to ou ideal.
Streamlines the sales process
What do you like best about the product?
The AI summary feature is the most helpful part of the tool. When I'm short on time, I can pop in there and copy and paste the summary to use as a skeleton for my follow-up to prospects after the call.

It's very nitpicky but sometimes the transcriptions can be a little off. It's nothing major though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Jiminny, I would have to either take notes during a call, which would lead to me missing things, or try to remember everything important from the call. Now that I have a recorder, I can easily very a transcription, summary, and action items following each of my sales calls.
This is a reliable software.

Modern and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it lists out the action items and helps create a follow-up email to send. The summary is beneficial and how it automatically populates the summary into Hubspot speeding up the meeting follow-up, a really handy integration.
I use it on every customer meeting, and find it a beneficial addition.
I also like how easy it is to find specific sections in the meeting through the Themes.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I have encountered that I don't like about Jiminny. They do keep changing things so I feel like as soon as I start to get use to certain areas it changes.

not missing key bits of information, and being able to watch back the recording/ share with team members. better note taking and follow up emails
Useful AI summary features - poor quality playback and support system

Useful AI summary of calls and stats for our teams

The playback is often unreadable, screenshare looks like hieroglyphs and the support team don't seem interested in helping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outside of providing call stats I struggle to see the benefit of the tool over just recording in MS teams.
