Good solution with high accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
High accuracy on next steps, much easier to fully focus on the conversation instead of taking notes
What do you dislike about the product?
As a European user I normally switch between local language and English, this can make the transcript lost in translation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To fully focus on my conversation with my prospect, clear next steps to take and gives you a leverage to be able to go back and look at specific times in the meeting to pin point for future conversations
Excellent Post Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've jiminny for a number of years now, it's is excellent at streamlining my sales process, assisting with collating notes and next steps and takes the heavy admin side out of deal management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about here really, the tool gives me everything i could ask for in terms of meeting quality review, recaps, notes and next steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes out the laborious admin side of updating the CRM post sales calls.
Incredibly comprehensive, intuitive and smart
What do you like best about the product?
It represents the best of transcription intelligence and everything that flows therefrom. The AI implementation is really strong and there is just so much bundled into it that it caters to many functions, roles and objectives. I feel like there's more I can get from it as I continue to explore, even if what I'm already getting is incredibly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The home tab could perhaps feel a little cluttered, but that's really just nitpicking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting me focus on being in the moment in a call with a customer, knowing that accurate transcriptions are generated and smart action points and plans are being generated in the backend, well presented when I need them.
Super easy to use and a gong beater
What do you like best about the product?
I love the live coaching aspect where you can listen in on the teams calls without disturbing - proved really helpful when I joined the company to get as much exposure to conversations as possible
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike as such but Gong had a feature where you could ask it a question and it would find the answer from the transcript - super handy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have full concentration on the conversation instead of rapidly writing down notes - also we're all human and forget things so being able to listen back to calls to pick up the bits you may have missed.

Perfect tool for growing GTM teams
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - Growing quickly which means constant enablement and training - Jiminey is so easy to pick up and use for reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
that you have to click and listen to a video to get its link/more info - I wish you could share links easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping onboard new reps with an awesome library and create playlists to share knowledge internally.
Jiminny helps me to send easy follow up emails as they tell me what to follow up on. Great tool!

Jiminny is great to create a meeting summary and find useful notes that you might have missed to write down.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides is when you have meeting in multiple languages. You can change your settings but its hard to do that every time you change the language youre having your meeting in.

not being able to take notes in a busy meeting, jiminny does it for you!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jimminy is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is. It makes it easy to track conversations, analyze data, and gather insights to improve performance. The real-time coaching feature is incredibly helpful, allowing me to give feedback to my team instantly. Overall, it’s been a game-changer for productivity and communication!
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Jimminy is that sometimes the call transcription isn't always 100% accurate, especially with background noise or accents, which can make it difficult to rely on for certain conversations. Additionally, the integration with some other tools could be smoother. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall value the platform provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jimminy is helping us solve the challenge of tracking and analyzing team performance across multiple conversations. It's been extremely beneficial for coaching, providing clear insights into areas where individuals can improve, and recognizing patterns in successful interactions. The real-time feedback and ability to review calls have streamlined our training process, ultimately boosting team performance and communication efficiency.
Big time saver on meeting notes
What do you like best about the product?
Saves loads of time on taking notes. Summaries and next actions are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often gets contacts wrong, but can live with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes business notes and gives visibility to the whole company of those.
Constantly evolving, constantly adding value
What do you like best about the product?
I am using the software as a CSM, and the interface and reporting constantly impresses me. The summaries are concise, actionable and offer great visibility to the wider team. The simplicity of selecting core parts of the call and sharing to internal teams is something I use constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few personal comments that it's picked up on, and which have been broadcast to the wider business. This is just a reminder to remain on your toes and be aware of your audience beyond the call!

GREAT TOOL FOR COACHING, INSIGHTS, AND NOTETAKING
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with Salesforce. Sales and Customer Success teams are extremely content with Jiminny's capabilities! Leadership has insight into calls as well and can help coach. The AI works so well and sends summaries to Salesforce - making our data more centric. Shelley, Nikhil and Chloe were great as far as onboarding and ensuring we got the most value from the tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far - it meets the needs of our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem was summarzing a call and remembering what was said. Taking physical notes and not having a call to refer back to was a struggle sales reps faced when recapping with their manager. Now, Jiminny elimnates that issue with providing notes, AI and a way for the manager to listen on their own.
