What do you like best about the product?
Great product, and great customer success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas of UI are a bit less intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amazing conversation intelligence. Very accurate transcribing. Lots of great functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Jiminny fantastic when it comes to preparing for and review previous calls. Being able to listen to specific sections of my calls and pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses has been extremely helpful in ensuring I am doing my job to the best possible standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if calls could be processed and ready to review a little faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny speeds up the process of call listening and training. Being able to quickly highlight a key point of a call is fantastic and saves having to listen through a whole call recording.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny’s AI-powered call analysis is a standout feature. The ability to quickly identify areas for improvement, from structure to tonality, has made our coaching more precise and actionable. The nudge feature is also incredibly helpful, allowing us to track the impact of training in real time and make ongoing adjustments. The platform’s efficiency has saved us countless hours by streamlining call reviews and making training more accessible for the entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Jiminny is incredibly useful, one area for improvement could be in the customisation of reports. Sometimes the data presentation feels a bit limited, and having more flexibility to tailor reports to our specific KPIs would be beneficial. However, whenever we feedback to Jiminny, their response is always positive and they take action to make modification requests really quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny has solved several challenges in our sales coaching by streamlining the process of call review and performance analysis. Previously, manually identifying issues and tracking training effectiveness was time-consuming, but with Jiminny's AI-driven call analysis, we can quickly pinpoint gaps in call structure, tone, and objection handling. The platform provides actionable insights, enabling more targeted coaching and real-time feedback through its nudge feature. By making call reviews and peer examples easily accessible, Jiminny has improved team performance, increased sales, and made coaching more efficient and impactful.
My positive experience with Jiminny
What do you like best about the product?
What’s great about Jiminny is how it helps sales teams get better by analyzing their calls and giving real-time feedback. Managers can coach team members during calls, and it’s easy to use. Plus, it works well with other tools like Salesforce, making everyone’s job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Jiminny is that sometimes the call transcriptions aren’t 100% accurate, especially with accents or background noise. Also, the platform can feel a bit slow at times when loading recordings or analytics. Lastly, some users might find the pricing a bit high, especially for smaller teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The summaries of calls with actions and next steps to be taken. This makes writing follow ups considerably easier than it has been previously, and means that I don't need to be writing notes consistently throughout the call as I know Jiminny will capture everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occassionally doesn't capture the right person speaking, so looking through the transcript is confusing and unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to be fully present in calls without the need for notetaking is great. Writing a follow up after a call with the Jiminny summary is also significantly quicker and easier.
Great value for money
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using Jiminny versus other similar platforms is that it's very user-friendly. Also, the Sidekick feature is extremely helpful, as well as the SFDC integration. We used to have another vendor, and the transition from that platform to Jiminny was very smooth - very easy to implement. Customer support is generally good.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of a downside if using Jiminny is how the playbooks are set up in the backend. Could be more straightforward (for example, one cannot duplicate a coaching framework of a playbook to another, you have to start over from scratch).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is helping us detect low and high performers in our Sales team, and providing the framework to coach them. Also, giving us insights into which topics are brought up the most by our customers (whether that's pain points, objections, market trends, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny provides a summary and actions for all parties on the call. It's a really useful tool for a sales exec to improve and use the coaching functionality.

Sometimes the summary needs improvement in terms of languages and the people speaking

The Optimal Tool for those on Customer Calls
What do you like best about the product?
The follow-up email feature on Ask Jiminny, and the transcript where I can easily run a search for keywords spoken about. The Jiminny team is very helpful as well. I requested for a few features over a customer support case with them, and within 3 weeks, the features were implemented. Never had such an experience with other companies before.

What do you dislike about the product?
NIL. I don't think there's anything big. The only small thing is that the Chrome Jiminny extension opens as a new tab, and not as an extension, making the system lag slightly. But this is not a big hindrance personally.
