Super user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to review every call at a high level. Search for keywords and the email follow up tool is a time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes doesnt join calls but this could be due to SDR set up / Access
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing sales discovery calls = better follow ups and next meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Really strong AI. Have very good localization to native languages we use. Impressively, can churn accurate emails that add in summary items, action steps, next steps, etc. Really love how fast and intuitive it becomes when you need a clean and clear sales tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it's been working pretty great. It has all the features I need to make things work smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to churn smart AI emails where all the action steps and next steps is laid out nicely for you. It catches on things that I should include like a response to why we are better than competitor X

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has streamlined my note taking ability and brought it to the next level. No more individual notes, trying to scribble down information during meetings. Now is the time to take meaningful notes and actions after the fact. Jiminny keeps me organized, easily incorporates into my workflows and was a snap to set up (I didn't even have to do anything). I really appreciate the ability to take 'snippets' of my customer calls and share them internally/externally seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any AI, the summary is the best part. The rest of the features are a bit extra: I don't think I'd use an AI summary email or risk associated with accounts at face value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're required to take notes for every customer meeting, and ensure there are accurate follow up steps for us internally (with product) and externally (with stakeholders). Jiminny easily helps solve this with automated note taking and AI summaries, integrated into our Customer Success Platform & CRM, and be able to share 'snippets' with others as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the insights and being able to keep up with my team and what they are watching/reviewing! I also like the ease of use and how simple it is to navigate the platform. I love seeing the key words and being able to jump to specific mentions in the videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the screens are a bit jumbled, it could possibly improve with some UI/UX research and seeing where customers are struggling. The search bar is somewhat hard to use. I would like to be able to search for a person and see all of their recorded calls- if this exists I have yet to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jimminy is solving the organization problems that everyone is having. Being able to search by key words is crucial to us and finding the correct video

I have no complaints about the tool. Does what it says on the tin.

Recording calls so that its easy to listen back to them and find snippets that might of been missed initally.

While I'm still on the fence about the autoscore rating system – I believe human nuance in evaluations is crucial – I find the team insights feature incredibly useful. It provides me with actionable data to continually refine my approach and foster professional growth. This trade-off makes my qualm with the star a nominal footnote.

Being able to review demos and create snippets which are organized into playlists. This allows you to create bite sized teachable moments.

It can be a lot to leanr at first but they make it very easy.

It can be hard to teach sales people about good tactics and strategies. Jiminny allows us to create snippets of the best teaching moments and impart that knowledge onto new sales people.

Helpful tool for new sales reps
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best part of Jiminny is being able to watch recorded calls from other sales reps when you are new to an organization. It's helpful to hear how others pitch your product so you can fidn the pitch that works best for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX doesn't quite make sense for how I would want to navigate the site based on my primary needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest help is the call recording so I can go back and watch calls to prep for the next one
