What do you like best about the product?
I love how Jiminny helps our sales team level up their game! The conversation insights are super valuable, and the automated recording and transcription features save us so much time. Plus, the data-driven coaching tools make it easy to identify areas for improvement. The platform is really user-friendly, and the customer support team is always on point. Since using Jiminny, I've seen a boost in sales performance as I can easily coach the BDR's and my manager can coach me - and collaboration among our reps. It's been a game-changer for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
While I'm impressed with Jiminny overall, I wish it had more accurate transcription, reliable action item and speaker identification, and more advanced analytics capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny's been a game-changer for our sales team. We used to waste time on manual data entry and struggle with inconsistent coaching, but Jiminny's automated platform has streamlined everything. Now, we get accurate sales insights, targeted feedback, and better forecasting. I can easily coach my team, scale our processes, and make data-driven decisions. Occasionally, the transcription accuracy can be off, especially with heavy accents or background noise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny solves the problem of recalling important details from sales calls by providing call recordings and transcriptions. This allows me to easily review my conversations, ensuring I don’t miss any critical points or action items. By analyzing my own calls, I can identify areas for improvement, apply better strategies in future interactions, and enhance my overall performance. If I forget anything discussed, I can quickly refer back to the recordings, saving time and helping me stay on top of every opportunity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it summarises discovery calls, including action points post meeting - this saves me time when updating my SF notes
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if Jimminny was syned to SF so they could transfer over automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps use analyse conversations on sales calls, ensuring we are asking relevent questions and listening to the prospect this helps us learn from our mistakes and see what is working and what isnt - we also listen back to each others calls and compare notes
I use it for my call recording and it provides valuable metrics behind my calls.

My call being summarized for me, and also the WPM metrcis

Issues with automatically joining calls or linking with my work email

It allows me to listen back to my calls. I then review these calls with my sales leader to become better at my job. I also met with a rep who flew to the US to meet with my team.

I like using the frameworks and ai sentiment tracker.

integration with MS bookings is not as smooth as with Zoom

Jiminny is a great tool for SaaS use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Jiminny integrates easily into HubSpot. It saves me so much time as it is able to add notes from my calls to all of my HubSpot accounts. I also enjoy the sidekick option as a notetaker. I am able to keep my own personal notes within the same deal which makes everything so easy to find and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the transcripts always misspell our company name. Seems minor, but the transcripts always lists our company name as our competitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with notetaking and time managment. Also, helps with recaps of "meaty" conversations to send to my customers as a refresher.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics part of the tool is really useful and makes it easy for me to be able to improve my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool can occasionally be tempremental and not join calls when it was supposed to.
