What do you like best about the product?
I like how it summarises discovery calls, including action points post meeting - this saves me time when updating my SF notes
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if Jimminny was syned to SF so they could transfer over automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps use analyse conversations on sales calls, ensuring we are asking relevent questions and listening to the prospect this helps us learn from our mistakes and see what is working and what isnt - we also listen back to each others calls and compare notes

What do you like best about the product?
My call being summarized for me, and also the WPM metrcis
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues with automatically joining calls or linking with my work email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to listen back to my calls. I then review these calls with my sales leader to become better at my job. I also met with a rep who flew to the US to meet with my team.

I like using the frameworks and ai sentiment tracker.
What do you dislike about the product?
integration with MS bookings is not as smooth as with Zoom

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Jiminny integrates easily into HubSpot. It saves me so much time as it is able to add notes from my calls to all of my HubSpot accounts. I also enjoy the sidekick option as a notetaker. I am able to keep my own personal notes within the same deal which makes everything so easy to find and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the transcripts always misspell our company name. Seems minor, but the transcripts always lists our company name as our competitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with notetaking and time managment. Also, helps with recaps of "meaty" conversations to send to my customers as a refresher.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics part of the tool is really useful and makes it easy for me to be able to improve my calls.

The tool can occasionally be tempremental and not join calls when it was supposed to.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy tool to use, and the auto transcription as well as the ability to send snippets of demo's are really useful sales tools
What do you dislike about the product?
The team insights tab isn't very useful.

Ability to coach, as well as log session and share recordings with prospects

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Jiminny is the automation - we don't have to remember to hit record or invite a notetaker, everything just works seamlessly. The summaries and action items have dramatically improved and are now really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything specific, I suspect there's plenty of product features I don't use so it would be useful to have more push features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure our whole organisation has all it's calls recorded and stored in the same place for quick reference for anyone to access.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the new AI 'ask Jimminy' features, when you think of ROI this feature really does help save time when following up with clients. In terms of professional development the call insights are great, it is good to see as an AM/AE if you have covered all MEDDICC points or not and using the insight tabs to fast-forward to specific parts of the conversation.

It is very easy to use and quickly analyses the call, within 10 minutes you have the call review ready. This is something we use more or less every day and it helps save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything about Jiminny, I would say their CSMs or AMs could do better at enabling their customers on how to get the best out of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Time savings - as it recaps meetings
- Professional development - allows for calls to be coached and auto-scoring allows for immediate self reflection
