A tool my team couldnt do without
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy tool to use, and the auto transcription as well as the ability to send snippets of demo's are really useful sales tools
What do you dislike about the product?
The team insights tab isn't very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to coach, as well as log session and share recordings with prospects

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Jiminny is the automation - we don't have to remember to hit record or invite a notetaker, everything just works seamlessly. The summaries and action items have dramatically improved and are now really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything specific, I suspect there's plenty of product features I don't use so it would be useful to have more push features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure our whole organisation has all it's calls recorded and stored in the same place for quick reference for anyone to access.
Jimminy - great for meeting and deal insights
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the new AI 'ask Jimminy' features, when you think of ROI this feature really does help save time when following up with clients. In terms of professional development the call insights are great, it is good to see as an AM/AE if you have covered all MEDDICC points or not and using the insight tabs to fast-forward to specific parts of the conversation.
It is very easy to use and quickly analyses the call, within 10 minutes you have the call review ready. This is something we use more or less every day and it helps save time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything about Jiminny, I would say their CSMs or AMs could do better at enabling their customers on how to get the best out of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Time savings - as it recaps meetings

Great software, amazing for CS teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Can very quickly access recordings, find key snippets, and share with relevant team members or clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
No negatives! Sometimes find the software tricky to navigate to find certain calls, but overall positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously used to spend all of my calls writing notes, and was never 100% focused. Jimminy allows me to be really present during calls, and the AI feature writes notes for you.

I like how I can review past calls, and be fully prepared for when I complete follow up calls with my clients.

The UI is a little bit cluttered and it can sometimes be hard to find what you want.

Allowing me to see previous calls with clients, and allow me to coach my calls and those of my team

the fact that I can search the transcripts very easily for specific bits of information

the downsides are that sometimes you have to be very specific to yeild results

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the automtic notes summary and the search functions with the transcript that is created each call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the call transcripts etc were sometimes generated faster but thst has only been an issue once or twice so not concerned :)

Records our calls and allows us to review the call or go through easy call coaching to improve for the future
Accurate and helpful call listening tool
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminy is very user friendly and easy to pick up. I can seach for key words and find calls relating to those words with ease. The information picked up by the AI is accurate and makes my life easier when listening to calls so that I can easily see where calls went well and where they didnt. The support by Jiminy is great and they are quick at getting back to you. I use Jiminy on a daily basis and can't say that I have enountered any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like calls to appear on Jiminy a bit quicker sometimes so that I can listen to them more quickly and also would like phone numbers to link to accounts rather than having to search individual numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminy is making my calls at work better by giving me the chance to easily listen back to calls. This is benefitting me in the way that my calls at work are better leading me to improved feedback and helping me to move job roles more recently as they were able to listen to my calls easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to add more structure for topics. Work well for disparate themes but less well for larger coaching topics.

Call recording and coaching
Great service and customer-focused, but pricier than competitors with advanced AI features

- Their Customer Success service, they are very prompt with responses and personalized approaches.
- Transcription accuracy is getting better.
- Jiminny sidekick is an amazing and very convenient tool (inviting the notetaker to any meeting, logging the calls to CRM etc)

What do you dislike about the product?
- The AI lacks some features or is lost in quality compared to other similar services (like sum-ups and no ability to discuss the call with AI within the app).
- a bit pricey compared to other similar services that evolve even faster. Although, when we had a conversation about the other internal team of ours we were able to find an adjusted financial solution.
