Very easy to use and clear reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Jimminy's call recording capabilities are fantastic, user-friendly interface, and intelligent features. The Google Chrome extension and its seamless CRM integration make it easy to track calls. Jimminy has become an essential part of our daily workflow, allowing me to review past conversations and prepare effectively for future customer interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much at the moment not much!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be able to listen back to customer calls so that we can coach and provide feedback. We also use for KPI management.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of automatic note takingduring calls & following up post calls (which is usually the bain of my extistence) has made my life and job so much more enjoyable. The ability to quickly go back to previous calls and draw back on points spoken about is also such a powerful tool during negotiations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike! It may make me a little lazy in some areas because it basically does all my admin for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Internal polcies of recording all calls (often forgetting to do this manually)
- Being able to share a demo to a DM that may not be able to make an initial consultation which speeds up the sales process.
- Being able to be more active in my listening rather tha manually making notes. This then allows me to follow along more and make more impactful summaries.

What do you like best about the product?
--It's great that all calls are automatically reocrded when using Jiminny, and that most of the time they are uploaded quickly to the system. It also seems like there are a few cool development in terms of AI functionality to speed up the writing of follow up emails etc. although I haven;t had much of a chance to delve into these.
--I also really like the way you can integrate a call summary into SalesForce, so that you don't even need to leave the CRM to get an overview of the last meeting on an opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
--t would be preferable if there wasn't a 'notetaker' which joined calls as it can sometimes confuse the people on the call.
--Sometimes the recordings take ages to upload, or the video is lost, or the notetaker doesn't join at all (no matter how many times you ask him!). These bugs aren't lifechanging and it's still a great tool, but obviously it would be better if it worked as expected 100% of the time.
--This is a silly one, but the marketing and in-app notifications seem very "Gen-Z" and trying to be 'down with the kids' - it seems unecessary to use so many emojis, capitalise words so often and use slang lingo. It would be more preferable to feel like it's a professional tool run by expereinced professional people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny helps me to speed up my internal sales processes (through handy call summaries and a search bar for my calls), whilst also making sure I can stay present in a conversation without having to take so many notes.
It also allows me to get feedback from my manager and peers, and provide coaching to more junior members of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Jimmy puts rep engagement at the forefront; We decided to switch to the tool because we knew we needed a tool reps would feel empowered by, with all the information they need at their fingertips. The Salesforce integrations were also miles above competitors, which made it an obvious decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation and migration from our legacy tool took longer than we desired. Granted we had 40k+ calls to migrate, however next time would have left more time to properly transition into the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing the key moments in our external calls and empowering sales reps with those insights, and metrics which help our sales managers coach better.

What do you like best about the product?
My calendar is packed with meetings having all sorts of various topics. Jimminy helps me to stay focused during the meeting, while capturing all of the details, pain points, action items, and summaries of my calls, then spits out summaries, and sample follow up emails. Jimminy saves tons of time allowing me to upload summaries of calls to Salesforce with just a few clicks. I use Jimminy on almost all of my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe I only use 50% of features and could benefit from further training and outreach from a Jimminy rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to focus and stay engaged during my calls, and Jimminy follows through with detailed notes and summaries, as well as recordings that I can share with my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for going back to learn where to improve demos. Easy to use and never had issues with the product

nothing, the product has been great for me so far

Best Sales Calling and Recording Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is amazing for recording adn transcribing your calls, which is extremely useful for looking over calls and looking for areas to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the playback speed is a bit faster than reality for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us give constructive feedback to our team and find areas to improve and find new approaches.

Great platform for sales reps and managers

What do you like best about the product?
We can share links to prospects from calls we have and more importantly, we can coach sales reps by listening to calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
everything seems ok at the minute and the team are happy to jump on calls if we have any questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jimminy is saving us having to download demonstrations and manually send them out.

Once a call has finished we get a recording link sent to us which we can export/share to who we need to. Jimminy also gives us a detailed summary of the call picking up on certain questions that are asked and key points to the conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI transcript, summary and suggestions are very helpful when training new staff or reviewing your own calls.

The call stats and stat breakdown is also comprehensive and provides more than enough details to review KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have been some issues in the past with calls missing from file, perhaps the notetaker wasn't allowed into a meeting or often when taking an inbound return call.
