great to use, so helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
its so easy and you can do so much on it! Love how it gives a summary of coversations which i can use on my other system.

theres so much to do on it i could stay on it all day lol

it is so much quicker to listen and double check calls which means we can better our customer service

Nothing massive that I dislike, sometimes calls could be on a little quicker.

How I speak with customers, making sure I am responding in the right way especially when it comes to renegotiations.

The AI features are brilliant - helps me remember as i do a lot of calls - easy to implement into our system and the customer support is great - i use it alot - integration into our system helps massively

nothing really it, it proper helps me with my work and keeping up to date

helping me remember my tasks and all the info so I can get the best out of my calls

What do you like best about the product?
The product enables our GTM team to record, analyse and review calls on a consistent basis, which is not something we'd every tracked prior to Jiminny. We've already seen commercial performance improving in only a few months since implementing the Platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally the transcription tool doesn't pick up the correct language. However over time I imagine this will be become more educated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility over meetings happening, what's goig on in those meetings, and therefore the ability to improve every aspect of our meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is so easy to use, their customer support is so speedy as you instantly get connected to an agent, and they've released a number of helpful features this year (my favourite being AI writing summaries of the call and very clear actions - this really helps drive efficiency) . We also use Jiminny for internal call coaching and it's easy to leave feedback, review stats, and organise calls into clear playlists.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, there's very little I dislike about Jiminny. As an end user, my only frustration is when the Jiminny <> Hubspot integration occasionally doesn't work and I can't have my call summary + notes in our CRM, Hubspot, to centrally manage everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Jiminny's transcript and next step function extremely helpful for summarising calls and next steps. The new feature of follow-up emails can be a useful template to use for clients.

The UX could be a little better for users

Jimminy allows for upskilling as the team/managers are able to review your calls and give feedback easy to find. Also, quickly summarising client conversations and next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has been a game-changer for me as a sales leader. The platform makes it incredibly easy to review calls, allowing me to dive into specific conversations and get a detailed view of how my team is performing. The ability to replay and analyze these calls has been invaluable for coaching my reps—whether it's giving them real-time feedback, pointing out areas of improvement, or highlighting where they excel.
One of the biggest benefits is that it gives us insights we might have otherwise missed. I can track patterns in communication, identify common objections, and make strategic decisions that improve not just individual performance but our sales process as a whole. It has become a vital tool for enhancing the team's overall effectiveness and driving business growth.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’d like to see improved with Jiminny is the expansion of its functionality. While it's excellent for call recording and analysis, it has the potential to be a more comprehensive sales tool. I'd love to see features like cadencing, emailing, and texting integrated into the platform, which would allow it to become more of an all-in-one solution. That way, it could compete with platforms like Salesloft and offer a more seamless experience for managing the entire sales process in one place.

Jiminny is solving the challenge of sales call visibility and performance tracking. By recording and analyzing calls, it helps me as a sales leader to identify strengths, weaknesses, and trends in communication that are often missed in real time. This level of insight is key for effective coaching and developing my reps, ensuring they’re constantly improving.
It also helps streamline feedback and training, allowing me to address issues quickly and share best practices across the team. Overall, Jiminny helps us optimize our sales process, improve communication with prospects, and ultimately drive better results for the business.

Keeps me organised, sane, accountable and improves my delivery.
What do you like best about the product?
Jminny has helped tremdously in keeping me organised when my weeks are filled with multiple product demos a day. It gives me action items which are pretty accurate and allows me to review calls for follow ups. If you are in a fast paced sales environment this can be a life saver whilst saving brain power. It has helped me improved my delivery, efficiency and can be used to send clips to customers who need a refresh. Teamed with a CRM integration, my note taking has never been better.

No downsides, only annoyance is the format video files are downloaded in (mkv) - would be easier if .mov

The way everything is monitored and then transcripts listed as it help loads when trying to review a call and you can see the entire conversation and progress - it also helps with clients that forget previous conversations had we can relay the entire thing back to them - customer support is superb
