What do you like best about the product?
Jminny has helped tremdously in keeping me organised when my weeks are filled with multiple product demos a day. It gives me action items which are pretty accurate and allows me to review calls for follow ups. If you are in a fast paced sales environment this can be a life saver whilst saving brain power. It has helped me improved my delivery, efficiency and can be used to send clips to customers who need a refresh. Teamed with a CRM integration, my note taking has never been better.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, only annoyance is the format video files are downloaded in (mkv) - would be easier if .mov
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow ups, note taking, action items, call reviewing, coaching, information sharing

What do you like best about the product?
It is very efficient with recordings I also appreciate the statistics that are available with every call

I have not found any aspect that I dislike

it gives me the opportunity to relisten calls making me aware to necessary areas that I can improve upon

What do you like best about the product?
The way everything is monitored and then transcripts listed as it help loads when trying to review a call and you can see the entire conversation and progress - it also helps with clients that forget previous conversations had we can relay the entire thing back to them - customer support is superb
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing at all to dislike - everything is spot on

it is aiding us thourough with our calls and being able to relay back specifics in calls to assist our clients

What do you like best about the product?
Call recordings, ease of use, Intelligence feature, the Google Chrome extension and how it seamlessly integrates with my CRM so I can keep track of calls.
I find Jimminy has been implemented into our internal processes and is used as a tool across the team everyday.
It allows me to refer back to previous conversations and prepare for the next calls with my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jimminy helps me understand my calls, what is being discussed and uses the Intelligence feature to give me a quick overview. I can use Jimminy to help improve for future calls and ultimately then provide a better customer experience

What do you like best about the product?
It makes communication between colleagues and customers so much easier!
Call listening enables transparency throughout our business but also helps yourself improve as a member of staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything we do not like about Jiminy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny has enabled each department to understand the customer journey through the business with clear transparency so that we can see exactly how the customer has been handled throughout. If there are any complaints we can listen and resolve easily.

Jiminny has made my life so much is and their customer support team is so top teir. I use this application everyday and its so easy to use. It has allow me to colloberate with my team and listen to recorded communication with my clients via zoom.
