Good experience so far
What do you like best about the product?
The call recording quality and the automatic rating is fair and insightful. Jiminny is easy to use and the customer support team is always available 24/7. I use jiminny everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen anythig I've diliked so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny allows me to listen to each conversation with my clients and that makes notating my accounts so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The facts that you can listen back to your call and see where you can improve. The notes and email option is awesome this saves you time and summarize everything for you.

I haven't discover anything I dislike about jiminny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to listen back to my calls after each interaction with my clients and make the process of notating my accounts so much easier and save time.

Jiminny gives me the opportunity to review my calls and others as often as possible to use as a learning experience. I use is everyday as it easy to implement with its many features. Friendly customer service.

I do not have any dislike at the moment.

Jiminny makes my calls better as i am able to review mistakes and correct.

Jiminny has been great as it allows me to easily locate areas of calls that I need for effective coaching. It also gives me a summary of calls which is great. The customer support team is always available and informative. I use Jiminny everyday!

I have not identify a dislike as yet Jiminny has been great.

Jiminny helps to solve misses and wins by my team members which aids with effective coaching and recognition.

There is nothing that I dont like at this point.

What do you like best about the product?
Consistently records calls. Easy to go back and find those calls.

It's search capabilities to find items are just OK. The interface is a bit clunky. Would like a central location per account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to record calls so we have a historical record of calls. It also creates summaries that are transferred to the CSM. We've yet to use it for too much more.

Customer support team are always on hand to help with any queries, a really friendly and helpful team all round.

No downsides whatever. Overally Jiminny has really helped us streamline and improve our customer service experience.

Jiminny is streamlining our customer service process, making it easier to analyse, retrive and improve our phone conversations with customers.

Jiminny record your verbal interactions with your customer and you can make notes and even go back and listen to the interaction. It has made logging calls and meeting notes to CRM so much better. Their customer support team is very friendly and always available in the blink of an eye. I use Jiminy every day to listen to my calls just to get an insight on what was covered with my clients.

I would like to be able to listen to interactions live.

Jiminy makes logging notes to CRM so easy as there are pre-written notes from each meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive UX and a pricing model that doesn't pervent you from using it to its full potential - we have received great feedback from the organisation and on our onboardig process to enable insights from our sales team to the wider organisation. Jiminny team are also incredibly helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
its missing some key features for Norwegian, i.e conversational intelligens and its transcription quality is poor
You dont really get summaries imported to your CRM which would be a great value add.

Challanges due to slow ramp up is resolved by enabling insights to everyone on demand.
