Jiminny has enabled our business to excel when it comes to coaching
What do you like best about the product?
The AI inteligence is amazing it allows you to coach lots more calls without having to listen to the whole call yourself saving so much time
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt anything i dislike but i believe in time it can still evolve as it would be grest to search a number and it bring up whole customer account detsils rather than having to click individually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is alowing us to bench mark calls but also pick up on commen objects from our customers
Great Experience with Jiminny
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it transcribes my calls and gives me a list of action items at the end and is so easy to use! As a CSM I am on external calls all day and I use Jiminny everyday. Previously I was using my notes however using Jiminny gives me the ability to be present in calls and helps to create a good flow for my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love it if I could have a prosed follow-up based on the convo but I know this is something that is already being worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to provide a really good and efficient service to my customers and ensures the quality of the follows ups improved.
A very useful tool

It is quite accurate. It is great to be able to refer to the recordings

It doesn't always connect. A bit more consistancy

Capturing Sales calls and conversations
Jimminy is a total life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
The transcription of the notes, summary of the meeting, and next steps helps out a ton. The new follow up email feature has been great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's issues with Jiminny joining calls, but doesn't happen very often. It would also be nice if the next steps always showed when the next meeting was scheduled.

It helps out a ton with note taking and follow up
A fabulous, intuitive tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly helpful for recorded meetings, insights from that meeting, and lots of tips and ways to improve. New features allow fr you to easily grab notes and follow up emails as well. Overall it's extremely intuitive, easy to use, and very valuable for longterm performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints as of now. I think it would be helpful to be able to add a note to a call as more of a headline, by the activity type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recordings & insights from client meetings. It's ioncredibly helpful to be able to read through a summary of the call.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves us time, and I love the automatic summary & next steps creation so I don't depend on the sales reps to share manual notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Ask Jiminny" only available for your own calls and not others

Relying on manual input from sales reps.

What do you like best about the product?
As a CSO, I love how a tool can leverage both the best of technology whilst having an interface inspired by consumer products like netflix and spotify for userbility.
Our sales reps already love it only 2 weeks into it and they are already sharing videos and clips between themselfes for learning purposes.

Not having found it sooner, having to try two other providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny adressess several key challenges in sales. It provides detailed call anaytics and transcriptions, offering valuable insights into sales conversations. The real-time call coaching feauture ensures consistent and effective coaching for all team members, improving overall performance. The playlists are my favorite along with easy customized snippets of video sharable to other members of the team, coaches or management. Seamless CRM integration streamlines workflow and reduces manual data entry, saving time and minimizing errors. Jiminny’s robust anaytics help decipher customer needs and preferences, leading to more personalized and effective sales strategies. Additionally, it offers comprehensive tracking of sales activities and outcomes, enabling better performance management and goal achievment.
A really great tool for companies of any size to not lose any crucial information
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the transcript part of the recordings because it allows me to do a quick search and find the exact place I need to check or reference. Transcripts could even be used with some AI capabilities to figure out traits and patterns in our sales and customer success cycles.
The fact that I don't have to add or press anything at every call is also super convenient. The calendar integration is just there. Our sales team uses Jiminny every day for every external call.
We've also been sharing clips or full videos with teams to ease scheduling with larger customers as it's sometimes very difficult to find a time that works for everyone.
There may have been just two times when I've messaged support (because I couldn't find something) and it's been super quick and simple.

There's actually not much that I would have to suggest for improvements. Everything just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny helps to keep a record of all conversations even when people and roles within the company change. We're always able to onboard sales, customer success, implementation, and other teams by just sharing what the customer has said by themselves.
Great call analysis and lots of integrations with dialers
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny's customer support are very prompt at responding, and very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be issues with their own dialer from time to time, however I'm told their integrations with other dialers (the more common set up from what I understand) is very stable

Providing transparency into the calls our team is making, creating a database of exemplary calls to train new starters

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and the customer service is quick and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Jiminny yet!
