A really great tool for companies of any size to not lose any crucial information
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the transcript part of the recordings because it allows me to do a quick search and find the exact place I need to check or reference. Transcripts could even be used with some AI capabilities to figure out traits and patterns in our sales and customer success cycles.
The fact that I don't have to add or press anything at every call is also super convenient. The calendar integration is just there. Our sales team uses Jiminny every day for every external call.
We've also been sharing clips or full videos with teams to ease scheduling with larger customers as it's sometimes very difficult to find a time that works for everyone.
There may have been just two times when I've messaged support (because I couldn't find something) and it's been super quick and simple.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's actually not much that I would have to suggest for improvements. Everything just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny helps to keep a record of all conversations even when people and roles within the company change. We're always able to onboard sales, customer success, implementation, and other teams by just sharing what the customer has said by themselves.
Great call analysis and lots of integrations with dialers
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny's customer support are very prompt at responding, and very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be issues with their own dialer from time to time, however I'm told their integrations with other dialers (the more common set up from what I understand) is very stable

Providing transparency into the calls our team is making, creating a database of exemplary calls to train new starters

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and the customer service is quick and very helpful.

I haven't found anything I dislike about Jiminny yet!

Helps with training new staff, listening back to calls with clients for learnings, taking notes so we don't have to on calls
A great tool for coaching, personal self development and team collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
I use it every time to record a meeting or a phone call and also listen to other team members' call. It was easy implemented and we had great couple of call with Customer support to understand it better. The tool's simplicity, its compatibility with our CRM and other call recording tools, and its coaching and self-improvement functionalities are exceptional. Storing notes is effortless, saving time when updating records and granting quick access to all pertinent information for team members and partners alike. The call summary and innovative AI features are particularly impressive, significantly reducing follow-up and email correspondence time. It's evident that this tool is revolutionizing productivity and collaboration within our team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only small minus is that if meeting is delayed by 10-15mins on Teams, Notetaker needs to be re-invited.

First time using jiminny!
What do you like best about the product?
Give me insights into what's going on within my team and company! It allows me to go back and listen previous calls, just in case I missed anything. It gives you the opportunity to learn from your Coworkers also.

Nothing, Everything sooo perfect so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was a problem with pairing jiminny to my office 365, customer service was a big help.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience was great. I loved how I could get detailed times stamped scripts of what was being said and who said what? As somebody with dyslexia? I find reviewing these scripts and being able to see where I went wrong was of immense value. The things I like best are that it understands multiple languages and it can be invited during a meeting even once a meeting has started not only that but when it comes to breaking down the insights I think this is amazing because you can really see how you compare to other team members and using which metrics?
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many things that could be improved about Germany for example using AI to determine which language is being spoken rather than having to change the interface language in settings. This is especially important for international organisations. Also there may be instances whereby internal meetings need to be conducted and Jiminy is used for these internal meetings however that met data should not be shared or used for the drill down insights because it wouldn't be fair for it to be used during the drill down insights if you know what I mean I also think that you should be able to download the scripts in different formats. Turbo scriber is a good company that you can take heed from. I could go on and on and on and on about how Jim could be improved. Please give me a call if you want more insight.

Jiminy is helping me work out where I've gone wrong and allowing me to showcase my value to other team members as well as allowing them to learn from me
Works well 50% of the time
What do you like best about the product?
It's a cheaper alternative to Gong. Easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's completely unreliable. When you need it most, it doesn't work. And the support team always has to say sorry. I have an inbox full of "sorry, we have notified engineering" "Sorry we are working on a fix" emails. If you rely on Live Coaching, look elsewhere.

Just needed to record demos and coach live. Unfortunately coaching live doesn't work well.

While managing a book of business of 25 clients it's super helpful to have an audio/video record of previous conversations as well as high level notes/next steps/etc after each call!
Great tool for helping manage a sales team

I love the reliability and accountability it brings to our business. I've used this with our main brand Enquirybot and it's helped improve onboarding and sales calls
