A great tool, hard to work without it

What do you like best about the product?
Call summary feature is extremely useful for when I don't have time to listen to the whole call.

The call transcript is also great and mostly accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides of using it, except the AI summary sometimes gets names and numbers wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completely removes the time consuming task of taking notes whilst on the phone. Makes it easy to listen to my own and my colleagues calls, the filtering options enable me to quickly find the calls i'm looking for.

Fantastic for self development

What do you like best about the product?
I can go back through my calls every day with a fine comb and observe where I could have done better, missed opportunities and brought more value. I can share my calls with colleagues so I can get constructive criticism. Very easy to use.

Overall, a fantastic tool for self-development and team development if you manage a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI could be better for Customer Success Managers.
It would be great to have template for the AI so it can break the calls down into the format you wish with Action Points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing call data for analysis and insights.

What do you like best about the product?
All of its features and that it focus not only to monitor your sales etc but also improve you during your pitch, keep on key moments and help you to constantly improve but also support your colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing at all. Really easy to use and the Customer support is always there to answer your questions or jump on a call with you

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Integration!

Having this integrations saves so much time for me and my onboarding team. And it is so easy and convenient to use! My team uses it everyday, multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hubspot integratioon could be a little more polished or advanced, but its incredible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and organization.

With the extension, it is near impossible to forget to log a meeting or your notes. And if you have any follow up tasks, you can create them all right there in one screen. Its beautiful!

Fantastic software for helping sales teams pinpoint areas of development

What do you like best about the product?
It has saved my team and me hours. It enables you to easily search a call for key trigger words, analyse customer and rep talk ratios etc without the need to listen to the whole call. Arguably it takes out subjectivity, too, and allows a balanced coach/rep relationship.
It also has loads of useful features, such as engagement leaderboards which really help you keep track of how often the software is being used by your teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features could be more user i intuitive, but that comes down to the organisational needs and others may not have this gripe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It frees up a huge amount of time that can be spent elsewhere. It allows reps to accurately see how often they are going the right things and allows them to collate playlists of not only their calls but others around them. It accelerates their learning and development ten-fold.

The feedback is detailed and transparent, easy to use and read. The AI is accurate.

It's slow to load, particularly with VPNs

Ease of use. Autojoin meeting. RECAPS of meetings/calls are great!

Translation to swedish can be a bit wrong at times. Auto join doesnt always work

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has helped me improve my demos in a way I could never have predicted. Purely being able to see everything broken down in such a simple way see what you are doing well and not so well on your customer calls makes self improvement so simple. As a team we regularly run sessions where we review another team members call and share feedback through the platform which invaluable to be easy to look back at and take forward into future calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - currently Jiminny is doing everything I could have hoped for

Making the sales process more efficient and also easy of access for feedback and self improvement of calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Every aspect of this tool is awesome and super easy to use. Jiminny has basically become my go-to tool for staying on top of all these different types of calls and interactions. It's just crazy useful, I use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notetaker feature, which is undoubtedly a valuable asset, currently requires a few minutes to join an ongoing call. It would be preferable if this functionality could seamlessly integrate and join calls immediately upon initiation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny has been a total lifesaver when it comes to client calls. Instead of stressing about taking detailed notes, I can just focus on the actual conversation and being present. Knowing I can go back and review the call recording whenever I need to is such a weight off my shoulders.

But Jiminny is more than just a recording tool - it's also an amazing coaching resource that's helped me level up my conversation skills big time. Being able to re-watch past calls and get feedback has been invaluable for identifying areas I can improve.
