Enabling Organizations to Learn/Grow
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and reliability of Jiminny. It's the most intuitive recording tool I've used. It's been such a great tool to go back and review mine and team members' calls to shoutout things they did great, share areas for opportunity and learn others' approaches.
It's also been incredible to be able to share entire conversations or snippets of very technical calls which require multiple listens/views.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only coplaint is I'm used to Jiminny automatically joining calls I set. We recently experienced issues with Jiminny not joining calls. If I don't catch it and manually add Jiminny, I won't have the recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to review calls where I may not recall specific information which was covered. Also enables us to hold our customers and ourselves accountable to what was said in case there is any miscommunication or confusion during/after the sales process.

Sometimes takes a while for calls to load up to CRM

Helping with call summaries, and will be great for coaching too

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to revie the calls of people in your team and other teams around the business. The tagging also means you can locate the most salient parts of each call!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful if you could export and compile playlists of snippets rather than always having to share them via a full call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of different people from different teams speaking with our customers. Jiminny provides a central repository whcih brings together all of these different conversations. It also enables us to analyse the effectiveness of different approaches and drive best practice.
Excellent demo and call insights for coaching and training purposes!
What do you like best about the product?
Jimney allows hard data and visuals for coaching reps. It's one thing to tell a rep they should only be speaking 40-45% of the time, it's another to have real data, with EXACT talk to listen ratios, and compare customer to AE monolgues, etc. You can NOT coach the same without it. It's a huge time saver for leadership as well, when watching and reviewing sales meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't determined any downsides at this point. We were able to very quickly and easily integrate with our current systems, and it's been invaluable for coaching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest impact is around coaching. The amount of time it would take to gather these insights and demo statistics just isn't feasible without a tool like this. It allows me us to have twice as many AEs per manager and still maintain the same level of feedback, coaching, and collaboration because it cuts down so much on the time required to watch and analyze meetings. It's essential to track talk to listen ratios, monologues throughout the demo, specific keywords, and most common objections if you're looking to optimize demo to closed won conversion rates.

Every now and again call quality can dip but CS helped fix it straight away.

Reaching customers, recording & call intelligence
Easy to Use and Extremely Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is really easy to use for both listening back to calls and finding calls that you are interested in. I use Jiminny for every single call I have and often reference the to-do items I get in their follow-up emails. The transcript is very easy to search and I use it often. I've used other call recording tools and Jiminny is by far my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could share calls that other people own. Perhaps that is they way our instance is set up though.

Recording calls to share with customers and to listen back to for more detail or follow-up items.
Great for peer to peer feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny makes it really easy to get peer feedback on your calls and to identify areas for personal development by having key words tagged. It easily integrated with Google Meet in order have the notetaker join calls and record them easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle sometimes to search for calls and find calls that will be relevant for me to listen back to if they are not in a playlist or sent to me directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny helps us learn from each other in ways we were not able to before - we can hear how others are delivering content, share that with each other and with customers and all learn along the way.
Training aid & digital assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The transcript has become increasingly helpful to scan through previous recorded client calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the only limintations to me are the access permissions I have in the platform probably but can't do much about that as the site is administered by a different part of my firm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to train colleagues in real-life situations can be difficult to achieve. This gives my team sight of colleague's calls for training purposes and my own note-taking.
Jiminny makes you feel present
What do you like best about the product?
Using Jiminny makes me feel present, if there is a slice of information I've missed, I know i can listen back on the recording. I can also develop the conversation further by listening back in my own time and digging deeper during the next call or via email.
It enables my team to review my content, enhancing my presention skills and also spot any gaps that I might have missed!

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it shows up on google hangout as a person
Easy to forget to add it to a call that you have not created
Quite often, after a client call I catch up with another collegue, so I have removed jiminny at the end of the call with the client. This as then deleted the whole recording which was gutting!

What do you like best about the product?
It transcribes and analyzes the call well, I like how it highlights certain insights. I appreciate the export possibilities so I can share snippets easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jiminny is a good platform overall but I think it lacks some of the Enterprise features that I would expect from as tool of this nature.

It helps me not have to manually take notes. It helps me reflect on my performance and coaching.
