Allows me to focus on my customer
What do you like best about the product?
Connection to outlook and CRM was a simple process. No need to write anything down, transcript is great and call summary can be posted straight into CRM, meaning meetinbg notes are accurate and no longer a chore
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything negative to report yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not great with taking written notes and capturing everything accurately - notetaker takes that stress away from me.

Easy to analyze my calls and understand where I need to improve

Often times the analytics get messed up and need to be corrected.

Undersatnding my talktrack and where I need to slow down and ask more probing questions.
Product Manager can't be on all calls but can still stay up to date on customer concerns
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the transcript that Jiminny provides. As a Product Manager it is important that I am aware of the frustrations, challenges and requests that our customers are expressing on calls. Since I cannot attend all of the calls, I relay heavily on Jiminny. Since our team hosts several calls, some of them lengthy, I depend on the transcript to help me focus in on the areas I need to listen to. This has saved me a lot of time and allowed me to "attend" calls without actually being there.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is small but one thing that has been frustrating is that you can't easily scroll through the transcript while the recording is playing. If you stop scrolling the transcript will jump back to where the video currently is. It would be nice to be able to listen and scroll so that if you want to skip ahead you can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to listen to multiple calls with customers without having to attend the meetings. In my role as a Product Manager this allows me to listen to concerns and feature requests which will help me make product decisions.

Intuitive ans user friendly call listening software with added statistics and frameworks for coaching
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes assigns the script to incorrect attendee

Jiminny allows me to review my customer interaction and provides insightful feedback and frameworks to improve my communication
Super fast and functional transcriber with great new AI summaries
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many useful automated features, but recently they added AI summaries which has been super helpful in summarizing call notes and action items for my customers. Right now I'm adding it to my call logs, but it's very close to being able to send it to customers! This is a daily tool in my Customer Succes routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Super small issue, but the placement of "Search Transcript" is kind of in a weird place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is super helpful in having lookback data. I no longer have to take notes or even review the transcript sometimes because their intelligence tool sums up everything for me.
Very impressive product and even better customer service and onboarding.

I like that the AI will summarize my meeting and give me a bullet point of things I promised. It works so well.

I think it does what it promised and more.

I have too many zoom meetings, its so hard to remember everything.
Great for recording, had some issues with calls but largely beneficial app

Call recordings and feedback loops, great for giving feedback from different team members. Understanding talk ratios .etc

Had some isssues with cold calls dropping out but unique to myself and not other team members have beeen woring with support to try to resolve things.

Helping identify where issues are within sales process, monitor key moments in calls and getting feedback.

Jiminny does most things that it says. The customer service is top notch, fairly easy to use. It records calls and transribes accuralty for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
The summarys could use some lift. They dont really pull useful information out most of the time.

Being able to listen to calls for coaching and the summary of calls.
