Helpful for our Sales Org
What do you like best about the product?
I love creating different playlists. The level of organization has been great for training new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcribing is not the best. I rely heavily on captions, and it misspells/misunderstands words often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recording, call transcribing and call tone is what I use most.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has been incredibly helpful in my personal development as an account manager at a small software company. I use it daily to review my own customer calls as well as those of my colleagues to continuously learn how to better present myself and our products to our customers. It has empowered my company at large to improve our tactics in interacting with our customers, and it has enabled collaboration across all departments to respond to the needs of our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue I've encountered with Jiminny is the Notetaker occassionally taking several minutes to join a meeting when I manually invite it. Also, the visual quality of recorded calls could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is helping me and my manager analyze my sales calls to improve my tactics. It also automatically summarizes the calls in Hubspot, which is incredibly helpful (the Hubspot Integration in general is amazing).
Good support, good value and customizable - might be a bit less polished
What do you like best about the product?
It does what it's supposed to, and has great AI powered summaries and next actions. Having the ability to customize your own topics and themes into the tool provides a lot of additional value. We use it every day and have it linked to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is less polished, and while setting it up you might encounter some things that need to be fixed by their engineering team. Their Customer Support is quick, and has thus far been able to solve this quite well. There are just some quirks that I wish were possible, overall innovation of the platform has been quite fast though.

We had issues with getting a good overview of what was discussed during sales cycles. With Jiminny we are able to see into this not only within the sales team but within the company/
A very useful tool for research
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use. The transcripts are spot-on, and the reporting features are top-notch. It just makes everything so smooth and efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit tricky to search for calls, especially as a new user. If the navigation could be made easier, that would be awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is a big help for me as a product manager. It lets me listen to sales and account manager calls so I can understand what our customers need. It's like having a superpower for customer insights!
Jiminny is a great tool for me, as an AE.
What do you like best about the product?
It's great that I can watch my meetings back. Additionally, the interface is easy to use, especially alongside other softwares such as Hubspot and RevenueHero, which all come together to streamline my operations, save me time and make my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change about Jiminny is being unable to search for individual colleagues and then go back through their recent meetings and calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems of assessing whether clients are attending meetings, preventing me from having to chase up colleagues for this information when all of us are busy people with tight schedules. It also allows me to go over past calls and meetings of both myself and my colleagues, which benefits me in terms of sales coaching - this was an invaluable tool when starting out as an SDR and learning how to speak on the phone with clients and pitch.

Jiminny has a good search feature, easy to use and set up new users on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can sometimes be times when the software goes down, which decreases sales productivity dramatically.

What do you like best about the product?
Our design team have found Jiminny to be a really useful tool. We would regularly review customer support calls to capture feature requests and pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. It can ocassionally be a little hard to find what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny serves lots of different purposes depending on who is using it. The design team are using it better understand what our customers expect from our product before onboarding. It's been a great tool for guiding our roadmap and vision.

Clean, easy to use generally and UI. Transcription & summaries are very handy. Side-kick is useful. Sharing snippets increidbly helpful (IF the time stamp stays accurate)

The call snippets are often buggy and direct to the wrong timing. Hopeful this is fixed soon as it's one of the best pieces of functionality, very furstrating when it bugs out.
