Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful that it's integrated into our calendars so all external calls are automatically recorded and analyzed. Very easy to find the calls in the dashboard to review the call in its entirety or by specific segment. The search functions makes it quick to jump to key points by keyword. Understanding important themes and statistics help improve learning from calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcript doesn't attribute certain parts to the correct speaker, especially if someone wasn't included on the invite. I did also see where there were two speakers with the same name, and it was confused about which person to attribute the conversation to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to validate written notes from calls to ensure no gaps on follow up items & better track opportunities for improvement on pitches/talking points

What do you like best about the product?
Auto recording and transcripts, makes sales coaching super easy and no room to 'miss' or 'forget' to record calls, makes it easier to onboard new consultants and SDRs

Havent found any concerns yet, have found it super easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing consultant skill sets through always on coaching collection, it means I have a bank of calls to review at any point in time

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has been super helpful in my role (Onboarding Specialist). After all trainings with my customers, I am then able to send them recordings of the training. It has been super helpful and my customers really appreciate it.

The Hubspot integrations are also great, it has been way easier to log meetings with the Jiminny Sidekick, and has actually optimized my workflow.

Customer Support has also been super fast and helpful with their chatbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike about Jiminny. Sometimes if I want to scrub through a video it can take a bit of time to load but that normally just has to do with the WIFI,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not use Jiminny for sales purposes although our team has purchased it for that. I am an Onboarding Specialist and it allows me to send the recordings of every training to our customers. It is also very helpful to look back on if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Call recordings, automated summaries, and actions, keyword lookup on calls, the ease of use and implementation have all been fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, Jiminny is proving real value when having calls with customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're not having to make tedious notes all the time, which means we're concentrating on the customer call.

Saves so much time on admin
The AI feature that creates follow up emails based on the transcript is amazing!!!!
I don't have to worry about remembering every single detail on a call anymore because I have the notes to refer to
Action points created off the back of the meeting are so useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to pause and resume the meeting recording

I sometimes struggle to get Jiminny into Teams calls

You could work on a better transprict, as it's not valuable the way you work with it now.
In addition, the fact that it takes 30 minutes to get the video after a meeting

What do you like best about the product?
The abillity to go back and listen to my conversations. The transcript is helpful when I need to find a specific point in the meeting and listen back. Snippets are helpful to send as well to colleagues when I have questions or need them to listen to a specific part so they don't have to search or listen to the whole call. The AI meeting notes, key takeaways, and action have been vital in recording my meetings in Salesforce and quickly reviewing calls efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is much I do dislike. It is a great tool and with its AI updates has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to capture conversations and also provide analytics around monologues, questions, risk words, etc. Quickly pasting notes and updates on next steps efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses Jiminny every day and it's fantastic how each call is stored against the lead/opportunity automatically. Each call records the transcript so that you can easily copy parts and log onto the lead/opp, without needing to write notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It does everything that we would want a tool like this to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny creates a summary and action items, and it's impressively accurate.

I have used a solution aiming to be like this in the past and it was TERRIBLE. Transcript was so inaccurate it was pointless using the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is great - the call transcriptions are extremely helpful, meaning that sales people can focus on the conversation being had without worrying about not being able to take notes. Not only that, the training function is extremely helpful in picking up little nuances in the way our team speak, meaning that we can keep on top of call quality!
What do you dislike about the product?
The website is tricky to navigate if you've not had training, but this is something that they offer when you sign up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping my sales team be more collaborative, being able to watch each others calls and offer training and advice. It's also great for the team to be able to access a particularly good sales call to learn from. The transcription function is also really useful.
