Excellent self reflection tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that not only can you watch or listen to calls back, the transcripts allow you to delve into what works and what doesn't. Integration is easy. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to compare calls in unison.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to reflect on previous activity which then gives us points for self improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI - it's so slick and easy to use, I like the live feed as it'll prompt you to listen to most engaging customer calls with the customer name etc, entices you in. It's great for continual improvement, listening back to customer calls etc
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be cool if you could set-up reminds for the team to add to playlists as they forget but not so much a dislike, just an improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to review how well I'm doing and listen back to each others calls to learn and share knowledge is really crucial to getting better at product/market knowledge.

I love the fact that I don't need to take notes and invest all myself into listening to what the customer is saying.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes fails to join the call and we don't get the precious information recorded.

A great sales training tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use jiminny for call coaching purposes. It's a great way to reflect on calls and demos with your sales team and uses personalised tags in the calls to find key points.

Sometimes the transcripts are not that accurate but this is minor

It's great! It has eveything you need for a recording solution
What do you like best about the product?
That it's always available whenever I make a business call, and dictates everything into text.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use it on ad-hoc calls from my mobile. I have to physically be on my laptop in order to access it currently. Not sure if this is going to be in development?

Primarily it enables me to keep a full record of a call in all of its facets

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny provides just the right level of functionality of sales reps as it does sales managers. Something that can't be said of most other softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a little more intuitive and follow design guidelines from other apps however it makes for a memorable and pink experience!

Helping sales reps review each others calls is a highly valuable exercise and Jiminny gives you the platform and tools to do this at scale.
A helpful tool for maximizing your role
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Jimminy breaks down a lot of data and information that I could have never thought of being pertinent, but is!. It is super helpful and easy to use and work with team members on to review calls with each other every month. It integrates with Zoom easily and have run into very few issues with connectivity. Any issues I have had have been quickly addressed by the Jimminy customer suport team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little hard to remember where to find each thing within the different tabs that are available on the site and often find myself clicking through multiple times to find what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me figure out where I can improve my own sales calls.
Exceptional Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny's platform is detailed and intuitive, and its platform provides all the same data as its competitors. Their real secret sauce, however, is their customer service. There is always someone available to help us get the most out of the platform. Onboarding was a breeze and every rep we've worked with has been fantastic. They have been straight with us every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note here. They have been upfront about their upcoming features and have already rolled out many since we became customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very useful tool for onboarding new sales employees.
Amazing ability to train new staff, and provide a library of stand-out customer calls
What do you like best about the product?
The amazing searchability functions. I can search for specific topics through the call title or transcript to see if the topic i'm interested in was mentioned.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my colleagues don't sync their calls. Otherwise the UI and depth of functionality is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New employee training; knowledge base; ongoing coaching; sharing call snippets with colleagues to solve customer problems.
Makes my life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Jiminny automatically joins my call then follows up with a detailed review of what happened. I can login to Jiminny later to review the transcript using tags that are helpful for things like "timeline, pricing, next steps, etc."
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any bad things to say about Jiminny. If I had to nitpick I guess I'd be curiuos to see how AI could be leveraged more in Jiminny...but I've heard it's coming soon..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is great for capturing the recording and providing a transcript of the notes for me to review. I can easily send the recording, or snippets to prospects. It will suggest how I can do things better as well, for example...talk less, listen more!
