Real time-saver and helps with training
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for training, allowing colleagues to review and practice on past real life calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcripts aren't perfect, particularly with specific terms or acronymns, but you can always figure it out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording and sharing conversations that are had. Allowing team members to catch up without having to be present for the whole call - they can dip into any relevant parts
We Love Jiminny - Easily can track calls
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is super user friendly. And listening to calls is so efficient. I can skim the transcript and scroll to exactly what I need to hear. I really like that the software identifies tone and sentiment. Easy to share calls among our team and leave feedback for one another.
What do you dislike about the product?
No recommendations. For what we use it for, it works incredibly well. It's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to go back and listen to calls to dive deeper into the customer insights and feedback. We also use it to give one another feedback on calls, sales coaching and strengthening our message.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny records everything, we listen to it everyday as a way of learning or to remember what is said. All the words are transcripted which is great and our calls are better because of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides to be honest. Sometimes words are mixed up in the transcript but overall happy with the software and would definitely reccomend other companies to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we have calls and forget what is said on a call we can use Jiminny to remember, also can tailor our next calls to remember the conversations that we have pervously had.

What do you like best about the product?
My main use case for Jiminny is recording and rewatching my calls. I've found this is the most accurate when it comes to transcript and the summary it provides are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does everything it needs to very well. The only thing to improve on is sometimes the recording of the share screen can be a little unfocused. When you switch to High image quality mode, this improves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny allows me to effectively record and rewatch meetings. It's useful for sharing snippits with my team to get feedback and also rewatching key moments before followups/ future meetings with that customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Jimminy helps me to improve so much! First, it's really good to be able to listen to the call again and also see the statistics about your call. Statistics include elements such as listening to speaking ratio, so it can really help you improve on listening more if you see that your speaking ratio is too high. I really enjoy using Jimminy

Sometimes the transcription is not perfect.

Jimminy helps me to perfect my calls with clients, it's an amazing tool to see the areas you need to improve on!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the stats! I have been looking this year to get my Talk Ratio down and after speaking to the wider team we all realised how much Data we can get from our calls to ensure that we are offering the best training possible- (our aim is to be World Class)! It is amazing that you can see the team average and where others rank, I can then go and listen to those with especially good stats and pick up some tips!
Our CSM Alice is great, loved the session when she came into our office. Additonally, in a similar role of upskilling people on a training platform , I though the quiz was a great method of getting us to pay attention!

What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts of the calls aren't always 100% accurate but this is something we use internally and not something we share with clients so it has never been too much of a problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jimminy aids me to improve my training sessions which are the primary focus of my job. The stats show me how patient I am in letting my clients speak alongside other aspects such as the pace at which I am speaking, this has enabled me to be really refelective of how I am coming across and therefore coach myself to become the best I can be! As a team we love sending recordings to clients for them to watch too as it is a super easy process

Coaching and commenting on calls and keep track of all the calls while logging to Hubspot directly. Very user friendly and intuitive platform

Haven't encountered any major issues so far. However, sometimes there is a connectivity issue and i had to do a troubleshoot

Valuable and advanced software for Sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support and AM teams are unparalled. Software is user friendly and easy to set-up and navigate, and the sales team have upskilled massively since first using it

CRM integration could be imporved so there is more functionality on the platform

Sales team have more consistent and efficient pitching to customers, from self-learning and also team and manager coaching sessions
Empowering - Insightful- Robust
What do you like best about the product?
It's used to learn and improve with real-time facts, stats and figures from customer calls! From this information I've been able to implement positive change and review where I could tighten up on certain practices, it has a very collaborative approach to improving the team and creating a dialogue for both the individual and team using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about Jiminny, It's well-built with fantastic support and fit for purpose, a few teething problems when setting up, however, this can be put down to any SaaS

It's solving the questions we ask ourselves about why a meeting/call didn't go to plan, enabling us to dig further and review what we could do better to improve our practice
