Easy to use solution for call tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is an easy to use solution that makes call analysis easy for both sales reps and managers. The call transcripts are very helpful for call reviewing and the live coaching feature is great during demos
What do you dislike about the product?
The live coaching feature is great when it works. For me and my team, there have been a couple of times where the live coaching link doesnt appear. If this becomes more reliable then it'll be a very well rounded solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is making it easier to review and analyse call structures and users strong/weak traits, which in turn helps with sales coaching.
I wish I had Jiminny sooner
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny provides an effortless way for me to coach our sales team. I can easily see the team's activity and jump to relevant sections of recordings in order to provide tips and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software requires some configuration in order to get everything up and running and there have been some minor technical issues but the Jiminny team is very responsive and was able to solve the issues quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Jiminny it was difficult to identify potential gaps or areas of improvements for our sales team. This makes the process super efficient and easy because all the calls are recorded and easy to watch on demand.

Very simple and effective way to listen into calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users weren't showing via Jiminny although they were actively taking calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listening in without having to be a fly on the wall.

What do you like best about the product?
regardless that the product itself is amazing, the high level of support and the high speed of getting back to us is what makes me love using Jiminny - also UX/UI is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the videos are black, but the support team is working on that and helping us figure out the problem - otherwise all is perfect, that's a normal bug that happens
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
first if is very import during onboarding, it helps new comers learn from their colleagues and be able to master their calls - also it saves lots of time for the sales team if they want to come back to a call they can simply check the notes or transcript instead of being distracted on the call and take notes while the prospect is speaking

Sometimes takes a while to log the recording but not too bad

Keep a track of all recordings so can revert back to all dialogue and also uses as sales coaching

What do you like best about the product?
Really intuitive and easy to use, works well across my team and helps identify strong points as well as surface areas for improvement without having to lift a finger
What do you dislike about the product?
Manually logging calls to CRM - more automation here would be super useful. Also searching for keywords within a transcript would be great as opposed to tagging keywords

Call recording to listen back for key moments in a sales pitch. This means we are able to fully engage with the prospect and not frantically scribbling notes mid call

What do you like best about the product?
Jimminy identifies the tone of your discussions and makes it easier to comprehend how to improve the calls
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there's not much I can say that I don't like about the app.

Understanding how the meetings are performed and where is room for improvement
No longer forget to record
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is currently automatically invited to every call I have with a customer which is great because it meand I no longer have to remember to start a recording. After the call is finished (plus 30-60 minutes for processing) I can go back and review the recording, read through the transcript and see all of the key points that were talked about during the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say my largest complaints are
- If you stop Jiminny before the end of the call, it deletes the recording completely, even if you stop it for the last couple minutes of an hour long call
- When viewing other users calls (that I was a part of), I am unable to download the call
- While this is more specific to my workflow, I wish there was a way to have it automatically save a copy of the recording on my local computer instead of just in Jiminny. Because of this, I need to wait for all processing to finish, go to the recording and then download.

Not the best but good enough for the basics
What do you like best about the product?
It's fine for basic call recording needs. Nothing more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like UX, the search functionality is not good. The sidekick tool is somewhat annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to fast forward calls and make snippets, the filter option is also very helpful when looking for long recordings
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is slightly overcomplicated, causing people to use it inaccurately
