What do you like best about the product?
Jiminy has allowed me to seamlessly update my CRM after prospective calls, demos, and closing calls. Its ability to connect between all the different platforms I use is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite difficult to find anything to dislike about Jiminy. It was a seamless onboard, its competitively priced compared to similar products, and it continues to impress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, after completing a call with a prospect, I would have to log into multiple different platforms to update the prospects account. Jiminy allows me log that kind of information while I'm still on the call.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Jimminy is being able to listen back to & get transcripts from my calls and my colleague's calls for training purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is not the most intuitive at first
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is helping me sell more software by being able to listen back to my sales calls and refine my selling ability.

What do you like best about the product?
From a sales perspective, call reviews are really important and it allows me to improve my skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tough to search or meetings and calls for my colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the immediate need we have for instant coaching and call review as we built out our GTM function.

What do you like best about the product?
Based on our personal talk tracks, having the AI of Jiminny not only catch but annotate each section of the call is great for the coaching side of things, whether that is self coaching or coaching others calls. Its been a great tool, especially with the addition and accuracy of AI implementation on call coaching, leaving more time to myself or others to utilize time during business hours
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be glitchy at times, not every single word is tracked properly but that comes with various accents and talk tracks from other people who we are talking to outside of the organization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing and coaching talk tracks between the sales team to then apply to each future call and daily activities when progressing and mastering the sale of our business

What do you like best about the product?
Super useful in terms of being able to go back and re-watch a call so that I don't have to remember to write down all my notes down while it is going on - it allows me to be present in the call and not worry about forgetting anything! Also a great way of improving my calls with clients by being able to go back and learn from past calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcript doesn't pick up the right words, or doesn't assign it to the person is actually saying it, which means it is sometimes hard to just read them back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Means i don't have to remember everything on a call when it is said, but can go back and remind myself of what was said. Also provides a great way for the team to coach themselves and each other.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is ability to take notes while listening to yourself in real time. Also, the ability to review details has been helpful when I miss something or I do not take notes. I like that I can do this at different speeds. I like that it's organized and that I'm able to share my clips with other people on my team for more impartial feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is difficult - primarily because I don't really see a downside, although sometimes it's not as intuitive for me to use if I haven't used Jiminny in a while. For example - I needed to share a video with my team yesterday and struggled with doing so. I had to make it a "favorite" video, then I was able to share to a team list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The purpose of Jiminny for me and my business is to review what I'm doing so that I can do better on calls with clients. From that standpoint, it meets my needs. It's a benefit in that I'm able to review these clips on demand. However, I will say, that I believe there is a limit on how far back some of these calls go. I was looking for a call from 4 months ago and I could not find it in my saved clips library. Maybe we're limited? I don't know.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very friendly and cover our needs perfectly.
Both the account executive team and support tech team are very efficient. They are always ready to jump into a call to help you. I feel them very close to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I can dislike. In overall I like the way they work, very close to you and willing to help at any time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Availabilty of the conversations to our customers, doing intelligence analysis, transcripts, sentiment etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny's sidekick is perfect for helping a salesperson take notes and highlight key moments in customer meetings.

It integrates with PipeDrive, which saves my team so much time.

The platform is easy to use and requires very little training, and Support is always on hand to help.

I can see this being used across the whole business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription could do with a little more work on MS Teams. However, it is decent enough to do the job.

Except that I can't fault it so far and am looking forward to future developments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is allowing the Senior team to coach the sales team more effectively. This ensures high-quality sales demonstrations that meet customer needs.

We can also capture and relay implementation requirements that may fall out of the usual remit.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminy breaks down each call by what is talked about, when, and for what duration. Very helpful to get an idea of when certain things are coming up in a call
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had some connectivity issues, calls or google meetings not recorded. Most likely an issue on my end, as I know connectivity usually works great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing calls to collect feedback, identifying objections, time speaking vs time listening to help encourage open ended questions

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Jiminny is always there on my calls, with no action required from me.
I enjoy how easy it is to share and 'snip' calls into helpful clips - particularly for sharing CS best practices and product tips.
The transcribing is also really impressive - and the way it adds highlights to our CRM makes follow-ups ridiculously easy.
Outside of that, the team are great and always willing to go the extra mile with support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like a more powerful universal search, to be able to share across all my accounts, the teams accounts, and keywords that appear in calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is allowing us a unified single point of truth for how all of our Sales and CS conversations are going - allowing us to continually improve.
Within the day to day it automatically keeps track of key talking points, and follow up actions required for our teams.
