Concentrate on giving great demos rather than writing notes

I can concentrate on giving a great demo rather than having to take loads of notes and spend time manually typing them into CRM after
Auto joins meetings. I like the name 'trumpet Notetaker' being in the meeting rather than the jarring 'This call is being recorded' speech that I've had with other tools
Gets rid of boring admin by auto-uploading summaries to Hubspot
Transcripts really useful for listening back to a specific part of a call
Analytic on words per min, patience, how much you speak etc
Accessible by my CEO for coaching

Summaries into hubspot are good but it would be even better if we could pull more granular data

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work on a lot of deals, so not having to write notes saves loads of time. Also helps with coaching as CEO can review our calls

Excellent tool to be able to self-reflect and improve!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Jiminny is it's easy to use nature - as a sales person I am always looking to maximise my time, which before Jiminny meant putting self learning on the back burner. With Jiminny, it's super easy and simple to use so it gives me zero excuses not to prioritise development.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me as an individual contributor, I don't need some of the features that are offered, which can clutter the dashboard. They are fab for managers but not so much for me, so would be great if they could be switched off or hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to analyse my deals, from the bigger picture to more granular detail like talking speed and conversation split between myself and the customer. Things that are very difficult without recording!
Great for demos, don't love it for cold calls
What do you like best about the product?
On demos when the Notetaker joins the Zoom room, it has made it so much easier to receive coaching. My manager frequently leaves call feedback and coaching. We also do a bi-weekly call review where as a team we review a 3-5 min clip of a demo, thnaks to Jiminny, and break it down as a team to learn together.
Another great thing has been the ability to go back and have even more detailed notes in salesforce because i can listen back to my call at 1.5x and make sure I didnt miss anything important.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are tons of cold calls mixed into the demo library and I haven't been able to figure out how to remove them or stop recording them. We already record these calls in our calling software and it just clutters up my Jiminny feed. If there was a way to delete recordings so I don't have voicemails or bad numbers included that would be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to be really hard to get or give feedback on our demos. We didn't want to have the formality of having to record each individual Zoom call and have a library of files saved on my computer. Now I can go in and receive coaching, and also just watch my peers' calls to learn from them.
Great for tracking progress / improvements.
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for tracking how sales reps are progressing as well as being able to spot trends in calls (both individual and across the team).

The transcripts aren't always accurate and sometimes this can affect how we track progress.

It's helping us to spot trends (both good and bad) during our sales process. We're able to spot areas in which we are stronger as well as areas that we need to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really useful for reviewing my own calls or listening to other members of the team. You can also create and share snippets with team members or customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcriptions/analysis can be a little off e.g it will say I'm talking when it's actually the customer. The software also doesn't automatically recognise the difference between disco, demo and review calls when syncing up with hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps you see what you're doing well/need to work on in calls realtime, by listening back or getting analysis on your performance e.g talktime, questions asked. You can spot patterns and then collaborate with other people in your team to improve.
Has become a really valuable sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to keep track of calls async, and makes it much easier for call review sessions and coaching, very intuitive interface and generally a breeze to navigate around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like there to be easier options of sharing calls (or parts of them) with customers. Sometimes the sharing and exporting of snippets can be a little glitchy, but usually works the second time around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It ensures that calls from reps are aligned with the sales training we have invested in and the expectations of our business when it comes to conversation quality.
Helping develop myself and making calls easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The call recording is fantastic, no more note taking, allowing me to focus on the call. But most importantly is the ability to coach myself or share calls with colleagues for feedback on my performance, or with Product teams to provide customer insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app whilst a fantastic addition needs more development, the ability to download calls as opposed to using data would be great whilst listening to calls while commuting etc

Helping me and the revenue team to self-coach, improve and develop further. The benefits of this is having better conversations as opposed to relentless 'pitches'

The customer support is great! So many helpful atricles, loads of new features it feels like weekly at this point

The interface as a whole can feel cluttered.

Our coaching frameworks now implemented in Jiminny have been a revolution. Keeping this data all in the place we watch back the calls save time and increases transparency
Excellent tool to review Sales meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Great UX, and very easy to get an overview of the calls made. I especially like the two features where one can listen in and provide live coaching to a team member during a call. Also, one can get a transcript in writing and read what was mentioned, where and when during the conversation to measure which points were touched upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I am curious to see whether Jiminny will implement AI into the product, how this can help leverage the quality further, and to what extent.

As a manager, it is much easier for me to review calls and conversations for each team member, which allows me to provide specific feedback and see where each individual needs further development in the sales conversations.
